]]>I am currently using PWA for WP and that works with the membership website but your plugin loads web pages way faster than that plugin and is simpler to implement.
Thanks.
]]>I am making a Membership Website. For the purpose of making ids and payments, I am using the Memberpress WordPress plugin.
I want this option in which whenever a person signs up whether he/she is a paid member of my site or a free member, I want that person to watch a video and also fill a survey. I want to make these two things compulsory for every person who signs up the first time only.
Is there a way I can do this?
]]>Envato’s Refund Policy for this event:
Item is “not as described” or the item doesn’t work the way it should.
If an item doesn’t work the way it should then the author is required to promptly fix the issue by updating the item. An item is “not as described” if it is materially different from the item description or preview. If the issue can’t be fixed or it turns out that the item is “not as described” then you would be entitled to a refund from the author.
Item support is promised but not provided
If an author advertises their item as including item support, you have a current support entitlement, and you are not provided that support in accordance with the item support policy the author should provide you with a refund.
ARMember is a beta test non-functioning plugin at best. Does not operate as advertised. Support requests ignored. Refund request ignored. Recommend you DO NOT PURCHASE. Paypal will not protect your funds. Bad experience from Envato and ARMember plugin. Both are bad news.
Think Paypal will protect you from a purchase from Envato and ARMember? – Think again. READ the following from Paypal after submitting a cash refund request.
We received the case(s) you filed on September 8, 2019.
We have reviewed this transaction(s) and are denying your case(s). This decision was made because if an item is materially similar to the seller’s description, we do not consider it to be significantly not as described.
We’re sorry for any problems you may have experienced with the transaction(s)
End: Paypal
I guess you can sell materially similar non-fuctional plug-ins and rip off customers.
]]>I plan to create a membership website using “Paid Membership Pro”. I would like to offer users of this website membership to two different services. For example : when a person subscribes to one service he can download our research reports based on the service level he is subscribed to. In addition to this if he wants personal consultations from our team he will need to subscribe to another membership on the site.
Is this possible in “Paid Membership Pro”. Can someone suggest?
Thanks
Sachin
P.S. I case I am not clear in explaining my problem, please point it out and I will try to rephrase the question.

]]>I have a membership website which was recently moved from a separate domain to a new subdomain and the site now uses Wishlist Member to run the members area. All my Wishlist settings are correct and their support team have already confirmed that it’s not a wishlist problem.
The initial problem I was having when I tested a member login, it would login fine but all of the member only content that was supposed to become visible when logged in, was giving a “sorry, you must be logged in to view this content”. I contacted Wishlist support to confirm I had the settings right and they pointed me in the direction of it being a problem with cookies but I am out of my depth in that area. Here is the error they were getting when they logged in…
https://docs.google.com/drawings/d/1hPQ3_eoyIoyxUkiwZ9eP_rvT5BBRrK6gbSorGiQWdWg/edit?usp=sharing
I did some research and cookies are WAY beyond my knowledge. The best I could come up with was resetting the Authentication Unique Keys and Salts in Config.php. Maybe it was a coincidence but the problem went away when I tested it again. I finished up the site and sent the new details out to members and it appears as though people are still having the same problem. I just tested it again and the problem is back, the only visible page is the members dashboard, all other content is blocked.
I have setup a temporary login for anyone who thinks they can help…
Un: temp
Pass: temp1234
Members login here: https://members.workontherigs.com
Normal site login: https://members.workontherigs.com/wp-login.php
Thanks in advance to anyone offering solutions but please dumb down your responses if you are talking about cookie info, very keen to learn but I could get lost if it’s too technical
