Shortcodes or registration not working

Something isn’t quite right, I’ve been through all the options, but the registration to the different payment levels doesn’t want to go anywhere.

They have shortcodes next to them for registration, but nothing coming through. please help

I need to display a notice for the User about their Membership plan and the expiration date in the child-theme header file. something like below

Hello user your {xxx Membership plan} subscription expires in {xxx date}

So what I need to pull out are Membership Plan and the Expired date
I previously pull the data out from DB when we are using PMPro which was easy. But the serialized data stored in ms_subscriptions meta_key is difficult for me to deal with.

I have search available info but can’t get my head round due to my limited coding skill

The [ms-member-info] shortcode would have been ok if it includes Register date and Expired date value

I need to change the look of the Membership2 memberships page

It currently looks like this https://www.checknutrient.com/register-2/

I need it to look something more like this https://www.expressvpn.com/order

Ie I’d like the membership options to be vertical boxes which can be aligned next to each other. Also the whole box leads to that membership option, as opposed to having to click on sign up.

Are these possible? Instructions targeted at a beginner please.

is it possible to put a limit of the number of users signing-up for a certain membership?
Like “membership A” can have only 8 users etc.

Registration page doesn’t go to next step for payment

Hello , It is good plugin and can achieve what I need so I decided to use it but it is not working. There are several errors there firstly when user trying to access membership page then it is directly redirecting to register page then after filling form and clicking submit it is just reloading that page again without any message or anything also no option is visible for payment and also user is being registered in backend but only as wordpress default users

Logout does not clear Chrome or Firefox cookies

Logout does not clear cookies in Chrome or Firefox. If I try to login again I am told request failed for any valid credentials – I have to clear cookies to login at all (in Firefox or chrome, Edge seems fine).

we want to use your plugin for a member area of a golfclub website.
In our case, we don’t want the member to edit their profiles, see a welcome page.
So we want to disable all Membership 2 Pages which could be configure on the settings page of your plugin.

Is this possible and if so how?

WooCoomerce category pages links to images

Hello and thanks for this great plugin!

We are having some issues with WooCommerce and Membership2. I’ve deactivated plugins one by one and found that it is Membership2 causing this issue:

For any category page, when you try to navigate to page 3, 4 or 5 the url links to an image in the media library instead of displaying the correct category page. It doesn’t happen when navigating search results, it seems to only affect category pages and only page 3, 4 and 5. I have the latest versions of WP, WooCommerce and Membership2 installed. The theme I’m using is “GoGreen” by Wyde. I’ve tried updating the permalinks without improvement.

Do you know how to fix this?

Membership is Duplicating Itself on Registration Page

Hi There! We are running into an issue with a registration page as the membership we are offering is duplicating itself twice which is causing some upset with our customers – they don’t know what membership to choose (even tho they are the same) so they are leaving and not signing up.
