When saving page, menu broken

For long time, but not constantly, when saving page, menu items disappear. I couldn’t figure out reason. Site has cache enabled, so I didn’t notice menu was missing right away.
I started observing and noticed that menu was reset after saving page in Elementor.
I have 122 items in my menu. After saving, menu becomes empty. I add any new item to the menu and save – this brings all items back with the new item.
What could be reason? How to fix?

Menu broken after update

Hi – I just updated the typecore theme and now my top menu is broken. the Menu just appears as a long list of text and the original menu format is gone. I have tried to create a new menu from scratch but it still appears as this nasty list of blue text.

I would very much appreciate some tips on what went wrong and how I can fix this.

if you look at my mobile site you will see 3 buttons at bottom of screen.

When scrolling they are in the background rather in the front of page.

Plz help as i cant fix this mobile issue. Please note you must look at site on mobile not desktop
