]]>I have a menu on my site that has EVENTS in the main menu. Under EVENTS I want to have two sub-menu items: Calendar of Events and Club Events.
Apparently, when WP sets this up, the main menu item is: https://<domain>/events.
I created a page to hold the events calendar named calendar-of-events. However, the actual path to that page is rather challenging to configure. https://<domain>/events/calendar-of-events.
I want to tie the Events Calendar to that URL, but the settings won’t let me do it. Everytime I put in events/calendar-of-events, your settings keep that text, but won’t render the correct URL. It just puts it as calendar-of-events.
How can I get this on the sub page?

]]>One small semantic issue involving menu placement of “SI Capture Options” that’s not really a bug and doesn’t affect performance:
I notice that the menu option is placed under the “Plugins” menu heading in the WordPress dashboard while the majority of plugins would put this menu item under the “Settings” menu instead.
Changing it may help in terms of overall UI understanding – particularly for newer users.

]]>I am new to WordPress, especially customizing themes. I am using the Pro version of this and would like to change a few things, if possible and have some general questions:
1) I’d like to change the size of the slider so that it is about half as tall. I’d like it to be visible when visiting our site without having to scroll down.
2) Also, I’d like to change the position of the menu so that it sit on the same level as our logo.
3) How do I change the content/link of the sidebar content. Right now it shows “Recent Posts,” “Recent Comments,” “Archives,” “Categories,” and “Meta” and I would like it to be links to subheads of that Header.
4) Lastly, I am having trouble with the section above the footer. It’s the section that has “Latest Tweets,” “Latest News,” “Categories.” I’d like to compress this section so that it isn’t so big and only shows Latest Tweets. Also, I have been unable to change the color.
]]>01.) I would like to put my menu on top of the header image. Can I do that? …if so, how do I put he menu on top of the header image?
02.) How do I access the primary footer to add text to it?
03.) Is there any way for me to put text associated with the picture images on top of the images? I’m referring to where I have “Subhead One”, “Subhead Two”, “Subhead Three”, etc.
…thanks in advance,
Jim

]]>Would someone please help me? I am trying to move my menu down about 10px and left about 10px. As you see it breaks to the next line and the placement is a bit haphazard. I have tried changing the css for a couple hours using firebug and trial and error with my child theme, but the code is elaborate and complex.

fyi: The theme is ‘Creation’ from themeforest.
Thanks in advance for any help!
