Primary and secondary submenus – how to change properties ?

Hi Ben,
I want to ask how to set parameters like: background color, font color, padding, opacity etc for submenus (both primary and secondary). Right now my primary and secondary menu looks like I want but submenus not are not. Please see attached image.

Using the WP-Forge theme, I have a Menu item with submenu’s.
How do I prevent the toplevel item being linked to a page?

I have searched the forum but I cant find a way to show a menu and sub menu that are visible simultaneously.
So that once a category link has been clicked on the top menu, a contextual menu of sub categories is shown. Like the BBC NEWS site:

I don’t want a drop down menu, but a contextual sub menu that is shown below the main menu.

hey guys, I’m sure this is covered somewhere but I was hoping someone could walk me through it… I like the sparkling theme a lot and my bosses LOVE it! In fact I already sold them on making it the theme for the new redesign of our wordpress site.

PROBLEM: I didn’t discover until today that it doesn’t allow multiple sub menus!

Please help! We are a small nonprofit that uses our site to do sales for our annual events and we need submenus for people to quickly navigate through our offerings. I heard there was a fix for this, any help ASAP is appreciated!

Hello and please help. I need this – I have a main menu (topmenu) – Link No.1, No.2 Link ….. If you click on the link to my No. 1 appears in the left column of my template submenu link to No.2.
