I used to be able to get messages via Facebook messenger. But this is no longer working even though the settings > Facebook Messenger Integration page states “Your Facebook Messenger integration is active. Messages from your customers will appear in your Tidio Inbox.”

Can’t display on pages of multiple languages WPML

Hi!

I have a multilingual site with WPML. In the settings of the plugin I can select the pages on which I’d like for the icon to be displayed.

If I select the English page and then switch to Dutch in the admin header, I can select the same page again (which is logical) but when I return to English, the page selected in that language is unselected again.

Also, if I select the option “All languages”, then all pages in all languages are shown and I can select both the English and Dutch page but even then the icon only displays on one page at a time.

Hi, This Plugin is really great and working fine. But my main problem is on my map page I have a Map view button on footer. When Messenger button is circle size on the right side corner it is fine and looking great but after some time it’s change it position and automatically become square size like a small banner on footer that hides my map view button. How can I prevent to changing it’s shape or dimension. It is fine to have on the right side corner and when click it opens. But automatically changing shape like a snake cover hides my button. Kindly help me to solve this issue.
