changing backgound in minimaplus

Hey guys – I’m very new to wordpress, and I was wondering how I change the background colour (behind the text)to black, and change the border columns (to the left and right) of the page to something else.

I’m sorry if I sound like a complete nutjob – i’m totally clueless.

Hi, I am using minima plus on TWO websites.

Gennarose.com/studio/
and
Craftingworlds.com/studio/

Now on MINE if if i open it in IE and make my text sizes LARGEST the side bar gets pushed to the bottom of the page.

Does anyone perhaps have a solution or can you help me with this?

Problem with categories menu in Minima Plus

I don’t know if this is a common problem with a plug-in or just with my Minima Plus template, but if I click on my categories button once, the correct category page loads. But if click a second time, the page just sits there and doesn’t load again. If I clean the cache and try again, the same thing happens — both on IE and Firefox.
