Im trying to go for a minimalist look on my site by removing the header
(that grey space on the top my website) additionally I’m also trying to move the slider images up closer to my menu.
@eherman24 You seem to be the expert in all these forums – Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Here is the site link incase it doesn’t include : www.sacwalflooringcentreslondon.com
Thanks in advance!!!

I’ve temporarily added a “Use featured image” so that visitors aren’t met with an empty box.
Please let me know what I need to do to make this video play.
Thanks,
Donna
Secondly, I’d like to add the logo to the About Us page, but I can’t figure out how to do it on this page. On the home page, I went to the header, but it didn’t apply that change to the child pages.
And last but not least, I need to add a video to the header instead of an image, but when I do that & publish, nothing happens.
Any help is appreciated! And yes, I know I need a huge education before moving forward. lol
I’m suppose to have this complete by Sunday.

The mobile version of my website does not play the video in the banner as the desktop version does. Instead it defaults to a static photo that I have picked. I understand why the mobile version will not play the video so this is okay. I would like to create a play button icon to overlay the image in maybe say the bottom right corner, on the mobile version that links to the video in a light-box. I have gotten very close with many attempts but unfortunately I am still unsuccessful. Does anyone have some tips for this?
Also, less important, the video on my desktop site shows black bars on the side, depending on the screen size I am viewing the page on. I understand this has to do with the aspect ratio and size of the video. Ideally, I would like to align the video to the left (currently its in the center) and have a color gradient overlay that becomes solid on the right side with my text overlaid on top. This will eliminate the ugly black bars and even create a more pleasant background for the text to appear on. Im assuming this can be done using just css. Any information on this would also be greatly appreciated.

But I desperately need to add a fourth on the post page so that visitors can more easily be directed to specific posts by date, topic, etc.
I’ve tried three different plugins, including Widget on Pages, but nothing will let me add a sidebar that actually appears on the side of the page. Sometimes it appears at the bottom of the page, and the formatting is wonky —?text is not aligned and is sized oddly.
Is this because it’s an old theme that isn’t especially good at working in Gutenberg or Beaver Builder?
Help.
]]>Using the Godaddy mins theme I am trying to add a company banner photo above our menu/logo header. I have attempted to mess around with masshead css snippets but was not successful.
Please let me know if you know of a solution.
