unable to connect with account

This website has been using Updraft for a long time. In the last year or so it has been moved to a different host. It was a neglected, broken site and restoring, then redoing it was not a smooth process. It was set up to automatically backup whenever updates were performed. It looks like this broke down in March and now when I press the “backup now” button, within seconds there is a notification that it has finished running. But nothing new shows in the list ending in March.

Further, it says it needs to be connected to the account but that button doesn’t work and when I’ve tried logging in, neither of the possible emails is accepted as belonging to an account. I don’t know what to make of this and am wondering if I will need to switch to a new backup solution. What is going wrong?

Missing Customer/User Account

A customer emailed me that they cannot log into their account. They have purchased several times from us and wanted to download their ebooks that are in their account. When I pull up user accounts, there is not one for them, when I pull up customer accounts in woocommerce, there isn’t one for them. I can pull up their orders and see wheat they purchased. This has happened before to some other customer about 2 months back. These 2 accounts were some of the first on this website back in 2017. When I create a customer list, they are on this list but there is no username and the account is showing that their account is not active.

wordpress won’t recognise me and my website shows an error establishing a databa

Hi all,

So im a full on newbie to wordpress and will no doubt make some errors in my explanation but even i shall forge on.

I recently tried to use google authenticate to authenticate my website now i have paid for an SSL certificate but when given a code to add onto the end of my sites URL address i inputted this incorrectly.

AT THIS POINT WORDPRESS LOGGED ME OUT.

I have researched how to change the URL back to what it should be () and, after having to contact support to even gain access to my cPanel, i have managed to change the Site Home and Site URL back to what it should be under the wp-options section of my cPanel. hooray!

But wait, i try to go to my website and now receive the error
“Error establishing a database connection” which i don’t understand.

and then i also face the issue with logging into www.ads-software.com. It does not recognise my email address at all, even though its the one i used to set it up and have the emails from. but it does recognise my real name typed with no spaces?! i tried that but have not received any emails for a password reset in any of my accounts or their spam/junk/trash folders.

So my issues are that:
– My website has the “error establishing a database connection”
– I cannot login to www.ads-software.com and it does not recognise my email
– In my cPanel – databases – there is no wp-config.php file

I am worried that i have paid for this SSL certificate and then lost the website it has been attached to.

I apologise if this is multiple issues or i am being naive but any help would be greatly appreciated and i thank you for your time.

Yesterday I decided to start a wordpress to fairly simply blog, and occasionally post art pieces. Purchased the business package from wordpress.com and picked the site timothycrafts.org Today, on attempt to sign in my email was not recognized, and I’ve been trying to figure out what my process should be. Didn’t realize that wordpress.com and www.ads-software.com were different and was expecting a hosted site since i set it up through wordpress.com and have my payment pending. I am not adept at much of the coding ive seen involved with resolving these things, and am wondering if there is just a way for me to cancel my page and plan all together. however, my most baffling portion is that this account im currently using to post was created today using the exact same information i used yesterday to create my site. is there a lamens terms process for me to figure out what im doing right now?

My whole account is gone??

HELP—- I have been using www.ads-software.com to build my site and everything was fine for months, then all of a sudden my site vanished. When I attempt to log into www.ads-software.com it tells me that there is no account with my email address, but in my gmail inbox, it shows that I was receiving emails from Yeost concerning my www.ads-software.com website with the last email being received on Feb. 28. I had to create a new account in order to access this forum, but it is attached to the exact same email, [redacted]— PLEASE HELP, I HAVE INVESTED OVER 200 HOURS INTO THE BUILDING OF MY SITE AND NOW IT’S JUST GONE!!!

Hi. I uploadet an wordpress-page to my own domain a couple of years ago, and could log in true https://havlandet.kallinen.no/wp-admin/

But then i started using my domain on another site and didn′t think it true! So now i can′t access my page. The address now is https://havlandet.wordpress.com and my earlier login items do not work.

Anyone who can tell me how i get access to my page again so i can connect it with a new domain?

Also, i don′t think i have a backup for my site. I just wanna be able to log in to it again, but i don′t know how! I Can not provide a new password true wordpress.com either, because i dont have any of the secure questions they ask for since i uploaded my page on my own :/

Logging admin activities, e.g. deleting users

Is there a way to log admin activity, such as modifying user settings or deleting users? Or tell when a user was deleted and by who? I was able to access my cPanel last week but had to reach out to my hosting company yesterday as my credentials weren’t working. When I got back in, 2/3 of the user accounts were gone, including my previous account. I don’t know if the remaining user deleted the other 2 and the hosting company indicated that this would be a WordPress support question.

Our WP site was completely revamped last week, involving a migration and update of everything, so not sure if that played a role or cPanel was hacked. Haven’t noticed anything else untoward yet. Thanks.

Hi. I downloaded wordpress to my TSO hosting. all fine. Was given my account name and pw. I uploaded my theme and put all the content on my site. It was still active this am and I could see it on claritymc.com and I could log-in at claritymc.com/wp-admin but then this afternoon – it was just gone!

WordPress is still uploaded fine to my hosting – so issue with hosting or domains. All fine.

I can’t even log into my wordpress account! I can’t log in via the login link in the hosting area – nothing! It is as if my account just vanished and I had a lot of work done on the site!

Where is it??? Any help how to retrieve it? The automatic form doesn’t work as it can’t find my account. Which is quite silly really – if I had an account I would need to find it!

Account Disappeared

My blog was up and running perfectly for 2 weeks. www.zerocostcell.com All of a sudden, it disappeared. The username gone. The admin page gone. Have the original email from wordpress. Click on link, in email, and it no longer works. I’m at a loss on what to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
