The payment fields don’t show up when the customer used guest checkout for the original order.
If I am logged in, I can see these fields, but since the customer used guest checkout, they are not logged in and can’t see these fields and therefore can’t pay for their order.
]]>Hello ,
I recently updated to the latest version of WP. Since then, there have been problems when creating Text widgets (I use the Classic Widget plug-in). Previously, when selecting the “Teaser Widget”, a field for title, subline, url and image selection appeared within the input mask. This has now disappeared.
Instead, the following is displayed.
As shortcode:
[do_widget “Teaser Widget”]
or maybe with id [do_widget id=carbon_fields_teaser_widget-1043] - incorrect unless Classic Widgets is active
As shortcode:
[do_widget “Teaser Widget”]
Save the widget first!
I can't do much with this, as I would like to have my old input mask back.
I would be grateful for any tips on how to restore the old state. I will also contact the provider of my theme (Newspaper) in case the problem lies there.
Thanks, Frank
]]>Then recently updated to version 3.1.4 and content editing page is no longer shows additional text, image, select box fields. It only shows title and slug. All other fields are not visible and not editable. They are only viewable in front as it was working previously.
Editing content belonging to custom Pods is similar to editing regular Post or Page but with additional fields. Which is not working.
To fix problem I started to roll back Pods version one by one. And find that content editing works with version 2.7.31.2.
In that version navigating to “Pods Admin” -> “Edit pods” page shows additional columns “Storage type”: “Meta”, “Number of fields”: “14” . On other versions I do not see those columns.
All later versions 2.8.x, 2.9.x, 3.0.x, 3.1.x are not working. Am I missing something here? Why all latest versions are not working and nobody reporting or complaining about it? Probably there is some new feature that should be switched on which I am not aware of.
Additionally while in version 3.1.4 and 2.9.19.2 tried suggested repair feature located in Admin > Settings > Tools (Repair Pod, Groups, and Fields) as mentioned in this thread: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/updating-2-7-31-latest-version-edit-pod-has-missing-fields/ . It didn’t help. nothing repaired and custom fields didn’t appear.
Can you please help me understand and fix this issue so I can use latest version of Pods and be able to edit content created with custom pods.
]]>Can you perhaps give any pointers how I can “fix” Google Search Console’s issues with the following:
Performer
I have tried creating a Event Custom Meta Field for “Performer”, but Google still shows it as missing.
Organizer
There is an Organizer set up and selected for each event and the toggle for “SEO: Use organizer information to also populate performer schema data for this event.” is active on each event.
eventAttendanceMode
All of the event types are physical
The “Search Engine Structured Data” toggles under EVENTON LITE > SETTINGS > GENERAL SETTINGS are deactivated.
Did I miss anything anywhere?
]]>I would appreciate any suggestion on a way to find these missing fields, or if you have a paid add-on that will solve this issue. (I don’t see one specifically for RCP.)
]]>I had those 3 fields whit info about the properties and they are all gone!
Any idea about what happens?
TIA!
]]>The 2nd half of the form appears only if the customer asks for an emailed quote – then inputs appear for the customer’s name, phone number, listing address, etc.
None of the fields’ contents in the 2nd half of the form (the listing’s address, the realtor’s phone, email, etc.) appear in the admin email when I use either the {all_non_empty_fields} tag or any of the individual fields’ tags, like {name-1}, {email-1}, etc.
What am I doing wrong? Thanks!!
But under editation they are visible and also filled. Data are saved, just they are not shown on profile page. What should be problem?
On profile editation page fields are displayed and also filled as should be.
