I have reset the image multiple times but all that shows up on the front end is a black background. I have this plugin set up on 2 other websites with no problems at all. Please advise.

Deleted page still showing

I am about to redo my website and have created an Under Construction page. This is the page you are supposed to go to when typing in the address.

On mobile you still come to the regular front page of my site, even after I have physically deleted the page. It is now in the trash, still it is the page that shows up on mobile, I have refreshed and emptied cache several times. On desktop it has been a bit back and forth with the regular page and the UC page.

This has been an issue for a while. It started with the cover image going missing, and nothing I did would change that. Changing the image did nothing. On mobile you just saw that little broken image icon in the top corner. Deleting the images did not help.

Any ideas on what to do?

Feature Image Not Linked

When we activate this plug-in, then create new post, then upload the feature image, it all looks fine, click Publish, the Feature Image disappeared. Have to repeat the feature image selection again.

If we turn off the plug-in, things works as normal.

Any insight?

Elementor Post Grids – No Image

I have used the following to display a post grid in Elementor – Essential Add-on Post Grid/Premium Add-on Blog/Blog Designer Post Layout all free versions. None of them display the image when I select ‘display image’. Have cleared cache. Help appreciated in idiot language as I am not a web designer.

Hi, we noticed some images went missing on our website.

Its an scaled image so thought it has something to do with your plugin.

here’s the sample of missing image

the other resize version were still on the server, just this scaled version.

Media Library shows almost empty

Hello,

I had a problem with your plugin.
Media Library showed the Media Library mostly empty. Only the 1 or 2 lasts images.
I tried with 2 admin account.

The first one didn’t have this problem. The 2nd one had the problem.
I tried to debug and no error in WordPress or theme.
By disbling your plugin this worked fine again. But the goal is tu use your plugin.

Finally I found that by modifiyng some settings I made it works well for all admin users.

Media Library Organizer > Settings
Then User Options and select “Don’t Remember” for Sorting and Sort Order.

Hope this can help someone else.

Episode Image Option Missing

We updated to the latest powerpress plugin and now the episode image field seems to be missing when adding a podcast. I know you can add this to the ID3 tags but it was easier for our client to enter the URL of the episode image this way. I tried everything, looked everywhere and it’s not under advanced settings. Is there a way to get this back?

Blue boxes with question mark?

Hi all,

So I’ve tried in incognito mode and on different browser as well as different devices and I cant for the life of me work out if my header logo is showing properly on mobile and desktop.

I either see a blue box with a questionmark or just a white space at the top of the page!

No display of images

This is just one of the pages on the current deva-dev site intended to launch under a different name over the weekend. I’ve used this plugin before but this is for a new site.

At this point the plugin is installed and activated, the code snippet placed in the header via plugin and assigned an assortment of images to the pages. No images are showing.

One odd thing is that prior to adding the plugin the page intended to display posts had an ugly black banner with “Archives” on the banner. After adding the plugin this disappeared.

How can I get the images to show? Am I missing something?
