Missing Theme and Plugin links

Hi All-

I’m assisting a school with several issues related to their current site and theme. I’ve inherited this issue and the original web designers and admins are no longer involved and cannot be reached for assistance. Caveat- most of my experience is with Divi.

The site is running the current version of WP and the Astra theme. When I go to the left menu in the dashboard, there are no links under Appearance to themes and there is no link to Plug-ins, Users and other important navigation.

Element is installed and I only know this because I can see the Elementor button.

I have no access to their servers with means no FTP access.

Any idea how I can restore the left navigation bar to its proper original settings? I have a screenshot available.

Most of the left navigation links shown at https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/doc/settings/basic-settings/ are just not there, preventing setup with Google Drive and lots of other things. Only nav links to Basic, Updates, and Privacy appear, so Frontend, Social Settings, Cloud Storage, and all the other nav links shown at https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/doc/settings/basic-settings/ are simply missing, making the app pretty useless. Is there some sort of special setup that must be done first to enable those links? If you tell me a paid version is necessary to see those links, I’m not going to be a happy camper…

Problems with navigation bar of Bluegray theme

I can’t get my menu (pages) to show where the navigation of the Bluegray theme should be. with any other theme the nav works perfectly fine. Is there something wrong with Bluegray theme or me?

Headway theme and product pages

i am using headway theme and wp-catalogue on a test site at the moment. the all products page appears ok but the individual product pages are missing the navigation and header blocks from the headway theme settings.

are you able to advise on a workaround for this?

Mobile Site does not display Menus

I’m new to using www.ads-software.com. I just recently upgraded our online journal site (still in progress) to WordPress: https://www.othercinema.com/otherzine/

I went to view the new site on a mobile device and neither my sidebar nor my menu bars (primary and secondary menus), which include our Table of Contents and links to all our articles, are visible. I only see our static front page, which at this time does not include any links to the rest of our content.

As a result, there’s no way for our readers to view our content on a mobile device outside of the front page.

Note: I am using pages instead of posts for our articles.

Any idea of what might be happening here?

Any feedback, advice would be much appreciated. I would love to get this issue resolved as soon as possible, since many of our readers only use mobile devices to view content.

How to edit main navigation font

Hi I am new to WordPress and have a quick question about Menu (navigation) part on theme Centita.

The navigation bar font (blank grey boxes are viewable) and titles of pages do not show up in IE9. I think it may be a font issue and have tried to change the font in style.css under WP Pagenavi and Top Navigation bar menu styling but it does not seem to change it.

Any suggestions?

Navigation Links (Previous/Next ) Disappeared

I recently noticed that the pagination for my site (www.seaslugteam.com) has disappeared on the home page and all archive/author/category/etc pages. I have tried reinstalling WP, repairing my database, deactivating all plugins, switching themes, emptying all caches, using different computers and browsers, and no matter what none of the pages have the previous/next links at the bottom anymore. There are also no pages in the admin area for posts, so if I want to edit an old post, I have to increase the number of posts displayed since I cannot go past page 1. I’m not sure what happened or how to fix it. Any ideas?

Top Navigation cannot be viewed in IE9

Hi,

I am having a few issues with navigation on my site:

Top Navigation is missing (not viewable) in IE9 (only the grey boxes show up).

Also, if I add a child page, the drop-down nav looks horrible in IE8 as well. It shrinks the main nav text down and the drop-down overlaps the main nav and shifts it to the right.

Your insight in resolving this issue would be much appreciated.
