Hi, we recently launched a rebranded website however when we checked our orders it’s not the same as the original site.

If we import the all the orders from the original site will this fix the problem?

Will the existing orders be skipped? What if there are orders with the same order number but with different products?

Importing missing orders after server migration

We recently migrated servers and a few orders were placed on the “old” server before the DNS got updated. My question is, what is the best method for getting those on the “new” server? Should I go to to the old server, export those orders and then import them? Add them manually? Will this trigger duplicate orders? We use Printful to fulfill orders so I don’t want to trigger a duplicate and have the customer charged again.

Orders not appearing on dashboard, Incomplete order details

Hi,
Recently we switched to the Woo commerce PayPal Payments plugin from ‘PayPal Standards’. Since then we have started to receive complaints from the customers. Initially customers complained about checkout freezes where they were stuck into progress screen and could not make the payment.

We contacted PayPal support regarding this and they suggested to enable the Reference Transactions which we did.

After enabling the Reference Transactions now we have started to receive complaints from the customers and they are not receiving the order updates. Upon inspecting the logs we found out that the orders are reflecting in the logs file but not created on the dashboard. On few occasions we found orders created without the customer details (address, name, email and phone) also.

If this is something that you are aware of and already in work then kindly let us know. Also let us know by when these issues will be fixed.

Orders go missing

Hello,
I am using WooCommerce, and I got a call from a client, that he waits for his order but it does not came. As I wanted to check the order, I could not find his order, neither his name or any data.
Sadly, this is not the first time – and I can imagine how many clients are waiting for their orders that I do not know of.

He got the order email, but I do not see his order on the backend, so I searched for the order log in MyPhP and could not find it either. It does not happen to all my clients, there is only one or two calls like this every month.

It is really frustrating because I don’t want them to rate my shop bad because of a bug I cannot figure out.

We use Paylike as a built-in paying service after checkout – I tought of that causing the problem somehow, but this last client did not pay via Paylike.

Do You have any idea how could I solve this problem or what should I check, or how can I see the orders that may have gone missing?

New Orders directly set to “on hold”, are not showing up in Analytics.

When you manually create a new order with status “on hold”, the order is not showing up within Analytics until you set the status to “processing” and then back again to “on hold”.

I already tried clearing analytics cache.

The problem is not only with manual orders, if you use the “woocommerce_thankyou” hook to change the status from “processing” to “on hold” for every order during the checkout process with php, the same issue is present.

Orders Missing and numbers in report page are incorrect

In the vendors store manager page, we are having some orders not showing in the vendors account page.
Also in the reports, the values of Gross revenue and total orders are less than actual.

How to debug the issue ?

We found below query, this query fetches all the orders, but some of the orders aren’t showing in the front end. Is this the correct query used for store managers page ?

WooCommerce REST API missing orders

Hi there,

We are using the WooCommerce REST API for a heavily used integration which handles many orders per day.

/wp-json/wc/v3/orders

Today I discovered 2 issues:
– The status attribute only has any, pending, processing, on-hold, completed, cancelled, refunded, failed and trash. Some of our orders have status “active”, which means they are not found by the “any” option. Manually filtering on “active” gives an error that the status does not exist.
– Orders that have a parent_id are not found in the order index endpoint, only orders with parent_id 0.

These issues are crucial for our integration to work correctly.
Am I doing something wrong, or could this be looked into shortly?

Dear i used free plugin but i face issue when customer use cart to order he/she show other order number i received other what i do for same order number show to customer and also in sequence .
order Example 1: customer show after successful order 6901 and i received 5280
Order Example 2 : customer show after successful order 6908 and i received 5281

Missing woocommerce orders on backend

Good day,

I was running some reports on woocommerce through the woocommerce reports for orders and noticed that some months have missing information. So far, I have been able to identify 3 months with completely missing order information. There were sales on these months but I cannot seem to find them at all. The previous and following months have orders as well and these show up just fine but not for the months I am looking for.

I have manually looked through the orders to see if they were trashed or had some other sort of order status but found nothing about orders in those months.

How do I go about resolving this please? And what can I do?

I need help with this ASAP as the information is needed for some reports.

Missing a lot of content on website after restoring backup

Hi, Our Hosting provider erased our files & DB’s. We have since imported a backup of files & DB’s from December 2018 to a new VPS but the majority of images are not displaying in the woocommerce store, Product details seem to be ok.

We are also missing:
– Missing Roughly 50 categories that were linked to the 6500+ products set up as ‘Brands’.
– Missing all customer orders from 2018.

Are we missing a link in a table in the database maybe?

* Our Disk Usage on our VPS is now at 44.48 GB / ∞ after importing the backup from December, which is a similar amount to what it was when product images were displaying, which leads me to assume that the images are still in the database.

I am currently uploading various previous backed up DB’s to test but wondered if anyone had any tips or have seen this before?
