The last review that went through was back on January 21. I hadn’t changed my settings, but my review reply did not show on the CusRev site either, even though it was an hour later.
Could someone help me remedy this and get these messages to go through?
]]>There are 74 reviews in my GMB profile but in the website only 8 of them are appearing. What could be the reson for that?
Can I have rating structured data for all pages of the website (or the pages where plugin’s shortcode is applied)? The goal is to achieve star rating rich snippet results in the SERP.
]]>First of all, really great plugin!
After initial setup I used the Advanced Import feature to get some additional reviews that were missed. After doing so, I no longer see the plugin automatically get new reviews that are added to Google. Should it? Or once I start using Advanced Import, do I need to keep using that approach to get all future reviews, too?
Thank you,
Andrew
]]>Other products, apparently mostly ones that were created in 2016 or 2017, are completely missing the review block on the product page. Some examples:
https://brenthaven.com/education/products/aero-sleeve-13-inch/
https://brenthaven.com/education/products/edge-360-case-for-ipad-6th-gen/
https://brenthaven.com/education/products/tred-alpha-backpack/
We have almost 100 products where the review option is missing. Is there a way to easily get the review section to appear on these products?
I know we can recreate the products one by one, but we are hoping to avoid that considering how many we would need to do.
My theory is that these products were created before the Yith plugin was installed. This would have occurred over a year before I started working on this site, so I have no idea what the history is.
Thanks for any help you can offer.

]]>Logged in as admin, and Approved it. Review does not show.
If we go to the product as Admin and submit a review. It goes through and DOES show on the product page.
Why would this be?
]]>Steps to bring back your reviews:
Step 1:
Try going into your Reviews page of your website, edit the page, and scroll down to the WP Customer Reviews section on the edit page screen. There is a checkbox to enable the plugin for the page. Check it and see if they come back.
Step 2:
If that fails, you can revert back to 2.x and skip updates to 3.xx until VERSION 3.0.2. Here are instructions on how to do this: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/how-to-downgrade-to-2x
As of today, we are testing version 3.0.2 which will correctly import the reviews from version 2.xx or fix missing reviews in 3.xx.
