The galleries look great on desktop, but they don’t seem to be responsive on mobile devices. The images are either too small or not aligning properly.
How can I ensure that the galleries are mobile-friendly?
Thank you!

]]>We have had installed for a long time WPTouch Mobile v 4.3.56. I just checked the details of that plugin & noticed that it is only compatible up to WordPress v. 6.3.2! We are running 6.4.1.
Sounds like this could be the problem? I’m not a developer. Any recommendations for another plugin? Thanks in advance for your help!
]]>I have 3 posts (“Walking through Empty Space…”, “Dalkey:…” and “The Eye of Ireland…” appearing on the homepage that comes up on mobile devices. I have since added 3 more new posts but none of them appear on mobile devices. These above named 3 posts have been updated and re-edited, but on mobile devices, they have not moved nor changed. The old versions appear.
I have purged (several times) all cache on Cloudflare, through W3 Total Cache and had my host purge the cache of my website, too). I’ve purged each individual posts.
My template is Kadence vers. 1.1.47 and my WP is up to date.
I have deleted some php files found on the services module of my cache plug ins under cookie law info. I only have class-services php and the W3 total cache php in there.
The problem manifests itself in different mobile devices (android and iPhone).
If I purge the cache in my site’s WP back-end on a mobile phone, the homepage appears updated as on a desktop on the mobile phone. However, when I reboot same mobile phone, the problem returns. Same thing happens with a tablet (if I purge the cache of my site from the WP-admin on my tablet…etc)
The problem, I strongly suspect, has to do with caching. But what else can I do? Where else can I look?
The site has been put up by a third party web developer.
I’m at my wit’s end, having tried various solutions as found on the internet, but nothing doing.
Please HELP!
Thanks in advance for any tips and leads.

]]>I have created two separate pop ups – one for mobile and tablet devices and one for desktop. This has worked fine for a long time until just recently. I think my client may have updated the plugin since I used it last and set it all up.
What’s happening is that the pop up that is set to only appear on desktop devices is also showing up on mobile and tablet devices, whereas the popup that is set to only appear on mobile and tablet devices is not showing up anywhere at all.
I went in and set up new rules in the conditions section and deleted the old rules. I then updated each of the pop ups and viewed the page in incognito windows on all devices.
Any suggestions on what might be causing the problem?
Thanks!
]]>We’re having issues with a client website. The issue is that when someone is trying to order with their mobile devices they’re “thrown out” of the proses and are not able to complete the order. We’re not sure where the issue lies. I was told by Stripe to contact Woocommerce about this and have already sent an email regarding this, but as it states on their support website they don’t take support tickets that are not subscribing to their services at woocommerce.com.. So that’s why I’m also opening this thread…
Has anyone else had this issue? I’m not sure if it’s a Stripe Gateway issue or a woocommerce issue. That’s why I’ll also post this in both plugin forums to try to get most feedback I can.
Thanks in advance for any answers here, I really appreciate it!
]]>Has anyone else had this issue(s)? I found one link on Google with this problem but it looked like it was a problem with a specific theme, a different theme than Botiga. Any help is appreciated.
