Hello! I’ve used your plugin on several sites and I’ve not encountered this issue before…

The slider works great in desktop, but in mobile it stops moving and the images all stack on top of each other. I’ve tried messing with the CSS and gotten them to at least all be positioned at the top but I can’t figure out why the animation has stopped?

I’ve already tried disabling all other plugins and only leaving metaslider active, issue still persists. Any thoughts?

Hi there,

I’m editing our website at the moment, and I’ve been contacted by a customer asking where the new beds that we were marketing on facebook are. On desktop view, I have 6 new beds at the bottom of our “frames” page – Aria, Windermere, Benedict, Gabriel, Daisy, and Faith. However, on the mobile version of the page only two of these beds are displaying (the Daisy and Faith) to potential customers, and I can’t work out for the life of me why.

I’ve deactivated all plugins to no effect. I’m using the Twenty Nineteen Elementor theme, if that’s of any help. Not really sure what to do here at this stage, as I’ve pored over the page on desktop and the new beds aren’t hidden, but they just don’t show up at all on the mobile version. Any help would be immensely appreciated!

Hi, earlier today the video on my home page stopped working — it will not play. Now it doesn’t even show up.

It looks fine in the preview but does not work when it’s live.

Is there a plugin or setting I should be using?

Really happy with the Events Calendar plugin but it just shows as a calendar on mobile version and nothing clicks

We cannot change views to list or day or month, or see any upcoming events?

I recently created my 1st theme with vs code, node.js and localbyflywheel.

I finally migrated my creation to my website and everhing works except mobile site.

none of the links or images are being displayed however they are fine on desktop and evn when i make the view smaller

Mobile Review submission not working

I’ve tried this form submission on computer and everything works fine. Once I try submitting the review on mobile (I’ve tried Firefox, Safari, and Chrome app) all the submit button does is spin for a bit and then stops. No “review has been submitted” appears and the review doesn’t appear in the backend. Any thoughts?

FlipBox works on desktop; not mobile

Under popular services we have 8 flip boxes created in two rows built on boldgrid. They work fine on the desktop – just as they should. On Iphone and Ipad they show up for a moment and then ‘disappear’. The text doesn’t quite fit the box before it’s ‘zapped’. So maybe the font needs to be smaller? I’m really not sure why this is happening and I don’t see anyone else with this odd issue. Any advise?

Icons not showing for some users

Updating site with your icons. they’re great.

1. but some testers see nothing but a grey box when they hover over the facebook icon. the other two icons work fine.

2. the icons don’t show on mobile at all. i saw a recommendation to buy the “premium” version but is there no solution on the free version?

Mobile site showing old cache

I started having issues with my website so I deactivated and deleted w3 cache. The website works fine on a desktop computer but on mobile devices it still shows that w3 cache is working and it is showing older versions of the site that were cached before I deleted the program. I have deleted w3-total-cache-config.php,
db.php
Advanced-cache.php
Cache
w3tc-config

But the mobile version of the site still indicates that w3 is caching the site and is showing old cache data. Any help would be appreciated.

Word MENUMENU appearing on mobile menu

Hi,

I am starting to use Max Mega Menu and it works great, however, the mobile version of my website is displaying the word MENUMENU under the “Close Menu” words and the mega menu is not working as a mega menu.

I am using theme OceanWP and Ocean Extra, and as my editor I use Elementor.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
