Hello,

No matter what i do, the mobile version of the site is not updating correctly, especially with the image size. Does anyone have any suggestions on this matter?

Mobile site shows blank home page

Hi there! I have been making some changes on my site by changing up the theme and adding new plugins. Afterwards I went to test my site and viewed my site from my phone but ended up with a blank screen. The other pages are working but the home page continues to remain blank. I have deleted plug ins, changed the theme and continue to experience the blank screen. Any advice for this?

Mobile site crash

Hi! I’m having issues only on the mobile version of my site. I’ve cleared all cookies and cache and when entering the URL, the site briefly loads and then the message, ” A problem repeatedly occurred on “https://stormwall.com”;”

I’ve also contacted our server (Siteground) and they cannot replicate the issue.

I ran a check through whynopadlock.com and came up with the error: “The Mixed content tests failed. Please be sure that you can connect to your site over SSL and try again.
Error Returned: Navigation timeout of 30000 ms exceeded”

Footer not displaying on mobile site

I installed Elementor Header & Footer Builder plugin and used it to create a footer menu to be displayed on entire website. Everything is perfect for desktop site but when I use my iPhone to access my website: “https://kingstride.com”, the footer will be missing. On top of that, the mobile site is also showing the “unsecured” icon besides its URL. Please help.

Ticket Capacity Not working on mobile

Hi, at the moment, when you set a capacity limit for an event. After a ticket has sold, the capacity changes on a the desktop but doesn’t go down on the mobile site (when viewing the website on a mobile device) for 5 minutes of so later.

This is a problem because if you have capacity for 8 people and you set that on the event listing and you sell 9 tickets, then 1 person can’t join and we have to then email the person and let them know they can attend.

Is it possible you can look at the mobile site and work out why this isn’t working straight away?

This could be a catastrophe for a larger even.

“AMP” plug-in issue

Hi there. I was experiencing a common problem which is my desktop WordPress theme was not showing up on the mobile site. So I googled for remedies and found myself on the WordPress support forums where engineers were asking users to disable all plug-ins and see if the issue is resolved.

I did that and then started activating all the plug-ins one by one and it seems the problematic plug in is the “AMP” one. If I activate it, my mobile site is reverting back to the default WordPress theme and not showing my desktop theme.

I was wondering if there is a better fix to this issue and if I can use “AMP” without having to jeopardize a better look for my mobile site.

Whenever I enable the Hide my Site Plugin, it works on the computer but when I go to the website on my phone it still shows all my content and site and does not password protect it. I also tried to go in an incognito window and it still won’t work. This is the same issue I have with other similar plugins.

Mobile Site All Hyperlinks

Our mobile site has been showing only hyperlinks when using the mobile Chrome app. We have cleared the cache and updated browsers and still nothing is corrected. The developer said the backend is working fine and the rest of the site is as well. Can you please help? We have asked over five different people (ones who have visited the site before and ones who have not) and it is showing the same thing across all phones in many different locations.

Invisible menu items all over mobile site

Hi there!

I’m using Max Mega Menu and the desktop site seems fine but the mobile site seems to have invisible links to different parts of the site all over each page. This happens after I’ve opened the menu and sub-menus and then navigated to a page. It’s almost like the menu stays open but is invisible. So if I click on a random part of the page I’m on, even if it’s over text, it takes me to another page or section of the site. Here’s an example:

1. Open the site (on mobile)
2. Open the menu
3. Click ‘mini recipes’
4. From the drop down, choose ‘Lemon Curd’
5. It should go to a recipe and automatically scroll down to the Lemon Curd section.Now click anywhere on the page and it will take you a different page which again you can click on anywhere and it’ll go to a different page.

Could you let me know how to fix this?
