Does anybody know what may be wrong ? I’m using one adaptable menu dropbox that appears differently on the mobile version of our site. I have the responsive settings for all three versions of our page (mobile, tablet, & desktop) set to “show” so if the desktop version is visible, the mobile/tablet versions should appear as well. My website is using the elementor plugin & the astra child theme.
For context: Elementor recently had an update, but it caused my menu to appear like the image below (and took up the entire page), so I reinstalled the previous version of elementor and the problem went away. I suspect elementor in general is having a mobile page menu issue since a new problem concerning our menu surfaced despite reverting back to a version of elementor that wasn’t giving us problems before the update.
Will I need to use another theme or perhaps update elementor again for the mobile menu to start working again? Would really appreciate any help.
]]>This is a huge hindrance because most of my clients may view my website through mobile first. When I long press and try opening the page on another tab, it opens but when I just click on these specific menu items, ie: blog page and newsletter page (named “love letters), nothing happens.
I look forward to your help on this. Thank you so much.
]]>In desktop, everything is working fine, my problem is only in phone and tablet view.
I tried many WordPress translation plugins, I just can’t find a better one than TranslatePress. and if I did, I wouldn’t write this.
Please help.
Regards.
]]>Trying to target each element with coding is also proving difficult. Tried ctrl+shift+i to inspect each element, but I’m wondering if the “block” style editor won’t allow me to target individual images?
]]>I have started to use the Pagelayer plugin for web development.
I would like to make a suggestions – I would like to be able to choose the order of my Mobile website on elements – I would also like it to be display in 1 single layout.
Will it be possible to tweak the elements to be display in this manner and also in a specific order – -I would acquire the plugin only for that 1 reason.
Kind regards,
Philip
For whatever reason, when I try to access my wordpress website on a mobile device, it loads the website as if the phone was horizontal instead of straight up. So it gives me the wrong version of the mobile website.
I was wondering if anyone here knows how I can direct my website to load the proper version of the mobile website, which would be in its straight up state instead of horizontal.
Thanks
]]>So I’ve researched about 2 days now. Every one is saying clear cache.. I’ve done that on everything, the host, the site, my phone, other phones.. literally EVERYTHING. I have tried so many things. I’ve double checked everything. Ive tried editing it multiple times.
The desktop version (home page) says something different than the mobile page. It shows up on the desktop perfectly how I want it to. But the mobile version of the site never updates.. its driving me nuts. Please help!
]]>I was rebuilding my website lately and I can’t help notice that there isn’t a search option anywhere on my mobile pages (desktop is fine).
Anyway I can enable that for mobile and have it inside the hamburger menu?
I can’t seem to find that option under theme options.
Many thanks!
]]>I have already installed amp plugin and tweaked settings. But when i access from my mobile i still see a responsive website and not amp version of the website.
