Templates aren’t suited to Mobile & Desktop

Using the 2024 theme and the Pages template, it became obvious that this template isn’t well adapted to Mobile devices. The contents block in this template is set to a screen width of 50% of the device screen, which is fine on a desktop, not so good on a tablet and just terrible on a mobile phone. Now yes, being somewhat experienced with CSS I can make the changes needed to handle that but surely your devs can come up with a way to enable users to do that without having to learn CSS? You know. borrow a trick from some other page builders where you can set different cut-off points for various devices? Either that or allow users to select a different, mobile friendly template in developing the website.

Of course, if there is a way to change the content width dynamically and dependent on the device I’d love to know. I’ve recently found nout that you can hide an element (sometimes) depending on the device, which is useful, so it shouldn’t be too hard to extend that to changing other items like width. It’s been possible to do this in Divi and Elementor for years.

Images not loading in mobiles

Images do not load on mobile, and on tablets and computers only some of them load. I have tried differences browsers, but there is not a single combination where they load correctly

Hello. Testing the main menu in mobiles, when clicking the button “Servicios” over the title or in the space between the title and the arrow, using # as the URL, the menu closes.

If I set the URL for the button as empty, as recomended in a Youtube video (published two years ago), nothing happens. The only way to toggle is by clicking the arrow.

I’m using Astra free.

I’m new to WordPress and Astra, so I can’t figure out what is happening.

top menu does not show on mobile

Hi, I have installed Customizr version 4.4.21 on a new website still under construction. I have setup a classical navigation menu and added one top left menu : I just checked how it look in a mobile (with the Ctrl+Shift+m keys in Firefox), and the top left menu isn’t showing.
Is there a way to make it available on the landing page even in a mobile or a tablet? Eventually does the pro version provide such a feature? (pro version whose demo I have visited before asking )

plug-in not working on mobile

Hello,
I’m using a very basic theme, Hello Elementor, the free version of elementor and the free version of your plug-in.
Everything is working great on all different web browsers I’ve tested on several computers, but it’s not working on any mobiles with firefox (maybe not uptodate, but…). It’s working on mobile with Chrome though.
Is it a problem you’re familiar with (I’ve only found one thread on the subject of mobile devices)?
Is the free version supposed to work on mobiles and tablets?

Forcing numberpad on mobiles

Hi, I created a new form and unexpectedly the numberpad is forced for all number input values on mobiles. In all fields setting “Forcing numberpad on mobiles” is unticked.
I use your fantastic plugin since years and never have such effect.
I tried some changes in settings, but with no result.
Any advice how to solve it?

Slide-in not displaying correctly on mobiles

Hi,
I have a slide-in set up to display at the top of the homepage of this site but on smaller screens and mobiles it only flashes up and disappears. The slide-in is set to immediate and to stay in place which works ok on desktops. Could you help please?

Guests only can see comments when visiting site in desktop or android devices but not on mobile IOS devices

Cannot close on iphone urgent UX problem

On smaller devices like the iphone 6 or 5, the chat pop up is too tall for the screen in safari. The close button is off the screen until you scroll.

This is a serious UX issue and may result in customers getting annoyed and leaving the site!

Please can you provide the correct CSS overrides so that the font sizes or padding can be adjusted to bring the total height of the popup box down?
