L’adresse du point relais n’apparait pas dans l’adresse de livraison

Lorsque nos utilisateurs sélectionnent un point mondial relay et terminent leur commande, c’est leur adresse à eux qui apparait comme adresse de livraison dans le back-office, et non l’adresse du point relais sélectionné.

Votre plugin est-il compatible Chronofresh ?

Je travaille actuellement pour une amie à qui je créé son site web. Elle souhaite utiliser les services de chronofresh pour envoyer ses produits, mais également Colissimo ou Mondial Relay. Elle veut également que le client puisse choisir la date de réception de ses produits Chronofresh, et imprimer ses bordereaux d’envoi Chronofresh ou Colissimo directement depuis Woocommerce.

Elle veut également une livraison gratuite sur tout le site à partir de 100€, mais qu’il n’y ait plus que la livraison gratuite et le retrait en boutique qui reste accessible. Pour le moment, quand j’ai plus de 100€ d’achat, j’ai toutes les options de livraison qui sont toujours présentes: Chronofresh, Mondial Relay, Colissimo, Retrait en boutique.

Votre plugin permet il toutes ces fonctionnalités ?

Bonjour,
le bouton de choix du point de relais mondial relay ne permet plus d’afficher la modal contenant la carte des point relais disponibles.
Le clic renvoie l’erreur suivante :
Uncaught TypeError: jQuery(…).WCBackboneModal is not a function
at HTMLButtonElement. (openstreetmap_pickup_widget.js?time=1736704879&ver=1.0:1:1630)

pickup address not updating on order

When the customer uses a pickup service, (colissimo point de vente, mondial relay) the pickup address displays correctly on checkout and the user can choose his choice of pickup places but the info is not available on the order and invoice so we don’t know which point of pickup he has chosen.
Any ideas are welcome.

Mes clientes et moi-même, quand on veut choisir un point relais via mondial relay sur téléphone, on voit le bouton “livrer ici” ensuite il dispara?t et impossible de le retrouver, et donc on ne peut pas sélectionner et commander.

Error when choosing Mondial Relay delivery with Apple Pay

I have an e-commerce website built with Woocommerce.

For delivery, I installed the Mondial Relay plugin which allows you to choose a collection location when ordering online.

Everything works fine on computer but there is a problem with Apple Pay and Google Pay on mobile.

Indeed, during the mobile purchasing process, the user has the option of paying by Apple Pay (or Google Pay). However, when choosing this payment, the Mondial Replay option allowing you to choose the collection location is not displayed.

So the user enters their own delivery address which is not what I want because I had to contact the person to tell me their preferred relay, and then I had to take the trouble to enter the contact details on my Mondial Relay account… Not practical at all.

For information, I installed WooPayments and checked the Apple Pay/Google Pay payment options.

Can anyone help me resolve this issue?

Mondial Relay choose pick-up point on check out page

Hi! Thanks for the awesome plugin, I’ve built most of my website with it

However, I have run into a problem when using the WCMultiShipping plugin for Mondial Relay shipping options. When I activate the ShopEngine customized checkout page, the “choose pick-up point” for Mondial relay shipping stops working. Is there a solution for this?

Mondial relay Postal code – sync providers

Hello,
I already saw this old topic baout Mondial Relay postal code https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/mondial-relay-tracking-link/ but I have some question. The postal code in the Mondial Relay tracking page don’t work. It is written %postal_code% and not the good postal code to see directly the tracking for my client.
I sync the provider’s list as asked by plugin author Zorem but without to check the box because I am afraid about the text : “reset providers database, it will reset all your shipping provider database”. And the postal code in Mondial relay is always %postal_code%.
If I will check the box “reset providers…” and sync, am I going to lose all in my woocommerce shipping settings created years ago or not ? and the postal code will work in Mondial Relay ?
