It would be great if anyone had fix these issues..
https://www.ads-software.com/extend/themes/monotone/
I installed for the first time monotone. Now I was lucky, the theme is intalled, but some failures still occur.
Actually I use all in one seo, which works great.
The Blog is named:
www.jujugallery.net
1. I don′t know how to install the archive and the abot content.
When I click the link on the homepage, i will get error 404.
So where do I have to correct it, and from where do it get the content of about?
I still habe in personal settings the description of my own thougths. Are these sentences the content of about?
2.
The auto-Colour setting doesn′t work.
3.
I have different pictures. Some of theme have a different width, so they occur sometime out of the theme-format of monotone.
4.
Where can i fill in the introduction text of my home, like the example of monotone itself has placed.
Is it the meta description?
5.
Can I use facebook and twitter symbols a a general link?
6.
In the monotone example there occurs the star-pointing ranking, where people vote for each picture.
7.
All images I put under articles, not as a page. Here in this theme you can′t use pages. Right?
Hoping , you can help me guys.

I am loading my other pages as posts but the only way to get to them now is by clicking on the archive link on the home page. On the demo site they have arrows on the home page. The demo page is here: https://www.ads-software.com/extend/themes/monotone
My site is here:

Thank you in advance. Other than that it is a great theme!
I’m using the Duotone theme on my site but have noticed that in both the Duotone and Monotone themes you can navigate through the images by clicking either the left or the right of an image but only in Firefox. This kind of navigation doesn’t work in Internet Explorer, the images aren’t clickable and you have to use the arrows. I’ve tested it on 8 and 9.
See the demo sites here:
Doesn’t seem to matter if it’s WordPress or self-hosted either, here’s one (not mine):

Does anybody now why this is? Is there something that IE doesn’t support but Firefox does?
I am impressed save the following things;
1. If I link an image that is larger than the iframe it laps outside the box, I can combat this by linking from flickr at 650px however it looks odd on the archive thumb.
2. It displays the last post, which makes sense, if you click the arrow which I would assume to take you to older posts one by one, it hits my about page meaning my archive posts can only be accessed via archive. Can I change this?
3. The archive thumbs when clicked take me back to the above post also.
Any ideas?
I have adapted version 0.6 of the Neo-Sapien theme by incorporating the archive thumbnails that you find in the Monotone theme.
You can see this by going to website www.roadsigns.me.uk and clicking on any of the Category or Archive links.
I didn’t get the code working that automatically makes the 75 pixel high thumbnails, so I just put some code in that makes appropriate width and height attributes in the tag. That works ok for me, but my images aren’t bigger than about 300 x 300 so I don’t have a big bandwidth overhead.
I also made some other changes to the theme appearance, made it widget aware, and made special Catalogue and No-overtaking tabs.
Have a look at the Google Ads and the Paypal button too.
I have posted the principal new/altered files in wordpress.pastebin.com thus:
https://wordpress.pastebin.com/VVVW4q6X – style.css
https://wordpress.pastebin.com/hK1eMeER – archive.php
https://wordpress.pastebin.com/FTQ25C08 – catalogue.php
https://wordpress.pastebin.com/9bNQYk5p – category-no-overtake.php
I hope this may be of use.
These web pages are produced with WordPress 2.9.2, using the theme Neo-Sapien version 0.6 by Small Potato as amended with some additions from theme Monotone 1.1 by Noel Jackson / eight6.
I followed the readme file in the themes folder and have the background colour changing correctly (which seems to be the main problem discussed on the forums) but it still doesnt want to display my photos?
i am new to wordpress and have very little knowledge on code etc but get the basics.
www.jon-warren.co.uk if you would like to see the problem.
