events_calendar showing wrong month

Hello,

currently I am having a problem with the events_calendar.

I am using the calendar as a plain shortcode as [events_calendar], no conflicts, no editting.

The calendar on its own works perfectly well, except when I click on the month of July (?ervenec), the calendar returns the events of July but the label returns the headline of month June (?erven), even the hover part where you switch between months.

This problem applies onto the month of July, all other months are working just well. It is also the same problem no matter which July I click on, its the same for every year.

Recetly I have found a topic that very well describes this problem and it looks like it is only a problem for the Czech version of the plugin (the one I am also using) and though the topic points out the cause of it, I have no clue how to fix it. It is a problem within the code and I have no idea what and how to edit it to make it work again.

The calendar doesn’t update to show the current month. It defaults to showing January.

Automatically Change Month and Year in WordPress Titles.

Hey,

I have a blog where i have more than 1000 articles. In every article, i have month and year. I want to change the month every new month and year every new year automatically.

It will become difficult for me to manually update them as the number of articles is very high and will increase in the future. I am in a niche where it is necessary to give month and year.

Right now, i developed a code that is changing the month and year but only in the front end. I want the month and year should also change in the backend as well so that it will change in the Google SERPs.

The current format of my titles are:

Show current month in email report

Is there a way to show the “current month” in the email report? I can see the “%CURRENT_DATE%” variable, but i want something like “%CURRENT_MONTH%” to show only the month . I tried a few wordpress plugins & shortcodes without success. Any ideas? Thank you!

Skip month w/o events?

I have a book tour coming up in a few weeks. I’ve begun to create the planned events, and have added a Book Tour link to my menu that takes visitors to the The Event Calendar slug. All of that works, but for one detail: the Events page loads December, which is empty. I’d like to have The Event Calendar page to the first month with actual events if the current month is empty. I’m already playing with .htaccess to get what I want, but I’m hoping there’s a possibility to configure TEC to do what i want

Display block depending on month

I manage a weather website and I’d like to show on the page such data as the historical average max and min temperature for the current month. So as not to clutter with 12 months of data, I need to have a block display for example December’s historical max and min only when it is December.

I can find plugins to display a block during a date range, but then it’s year specific, I’d need to reset it to display again next year. I can’t find one to set to display simply if current month is December.

Anyone know if there is such a plugin, or indeed if I can achieve what I’m looking for by CSS?

Hide Past Events But Not Completely Remove Them From DB

Hello. This is a wonderful calendar solution! I have a question concerning past events. I want to hide them in the list and month view, however, not to completely delete them, as I’d like to export all events (past and upcoming) from time to time.

I have seen the thread that refers to The Events Calendar Tweaks plugin, which I have installed. There is the setting to Hide Past Events in Month View, which I have enabled, however, the events are still displayed.

How can I set it so all past events are not displayed without completely deleting them?

in the calendar of one of my customers, error 200 is displayed when clicking on the months. What can I do to solve the problem?

does somebody know if it’s possible to buy a trial month or something of WP Staging instead of one year? On the WP Staging website I only see the option to buy the pro version for a year but I will probably only need it for a month.
