I’d like to add a snippet to my website to change the related product to always display the most recent related products, not the oldests.
I don’t understand why they use this “oldest in the same category” in the first place. That way people will forever see the same products there.. :/ That’s been happening on my shop for a year.
Would appreciate some help! Thank you so much!
I cannot seem to find a way to display content that has been recently published/updated.
What I want to do is present two sections:
– Recent updates
– Most popular
I have displayed the most popular content fine but cannot seem to display posts and pages that have been recently updated/published.
This is the shortcode I have tried – [tptn_list how_old=7days exclude_post_ids=16]
But this returns blank, despite publishing or updating content. Posts and Pages are checked in the settings.
Any ideas?
Thanks.

I don’t know how to fix this code to make it pull only news and still order them from most to least recent.
We just started managing a client’s site and am finding some weird bugs. For instance, whenever you click on a specific category, tag or archive, it will only show the most recent posts regardless of whatever category, tag or archive you have selected. Any ideas as to what could be causing this or how to go about fixing this?! The sooner we can get this fixed the better!
Thanks!
The latest download doesn’t show in my front end list of downloads, though the post actually exists. If I then create another new download, the one before it then becomes visible.
I’m using the following shortcode to display downloads of a certain category:
[wpdm_category id=newsletters item_per_page=9 template=”581c91306d5b1″]
This is the template I’m using:

<div class=”download-date col-xs-12 col-md-2″>
[create_date]

<div class=”download-info col-xs-12 col-md-7″>

[title]

[download_count] Downloads

<div class=”download-button col-xs-12 col-md-3″>
Download

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
I have started using the plugin yesterday (on a news website). There are plenty of news articles dating back in 2012… When I try to search, the plugin wonderfully finds the relevant results in the article content (this has a priority of 10 while the title matches have 1).
The problem is that the results which appear first are the oldest articles, I have to scroll down (there is an infinite scroll, I have much more than 10 results, if applicable) to reach the newest articles.
Is there a way to make the search results appear the other way around?
Appreciate your help!
