I recently moved a site from a domain, and used search and replace script to replace all calls to old domain, but for some reason next-gen puts 4 links to it into the code 3 to js and 1 for css. I searched the database manually, found 2 calls in postmeta table that somehow search and replace didnt do its work, but even changing that doesnt change the calls in the page. The links are to:
/wp-content/plugins/nextgen-gallery/products/photocrati_nextgen/modules/lightbox/static/fancybox/jquery.easing-1.3.pack.js?ver=3.6.1
/wp-content/plugins/nextgen-gallery/products/photocrati_nextgen/modules/lightbox/static/fancybox/jquery.fancybox-1.3.4.pack.js?ver=3.6.1
/wp-content/plugins/nextgen-gallery/products/photocrati_nextgen/modules/lightbox/static/fancybox/nextgen_fancybox_init.js?ver=3.6.1
/wp-content/plugins/nextgen-gallery/products/photocrati_nextgen/modules/lightbox/static/fancybox/jquery.fancybox-1.3.4.css?ver=3.6.1
All other calls made from NGG are fine, just those 4 are not changed with the database. Does it create some file somewhere in the server outside the database?

]]>I had a site at domain A. It also included a blog at A/blog. The site and blog were each created as separate sites with their own backends.
I lost domain A by not renewing it in time. I could no longer load the sites or access their backends.
My hosting company moved everything to domain B.
They edited the config file.
Now nothing works at all. The sites do not load at domain B. I can’t access their WP backends. However, I can access the files through my hosting company’s file manager and so forth.
According to my hosting company, “It looks like everything that is stuck is stuck at the database level”, and they don’t offer support for that.
Does anyone have any ideas how I can fix my site? Thanks!
]]>I changed domain name and my matrix still loads the old domain url for my uploads folder on the custom matrix I created.
Where would I change this setting and how?

]]>I just moved my domain to GoDaddy and tried to reinstall my old wordpress site there. I exported my MySQL & wordpress and have them, but am unable to reinstall them on GoDaddy because I don’t have a clue. When I imported my old blog into my new wordpress it worked (all my posts where there), but my layout and everything else was gone, including my permalinks. So non of my posts would open, and just went to a 404 page. I’ve asked GoDaddy for help reinstalling my site, but so far haven’t heard back and its been a few days. They don’t seem to know how to do this either.
If someone can give me instructions how to do this I would be very grateful. As it is I’ve installed and removed wordpress 5 times trying to make it work. I’m getting a bit frustrated and dizzy by all of this.
What other components do I need to put my site back together. I saw people mention PHP 5? And, someelse said I had to change passwords on MYsql after installation/importing???
Thank you in advance,
Clueless
]]>I’ve moved www.renderz.com/blog to www.terrylee.net/blog but it keeps redirecting to the old renderz.com blog. I thought I had it figured out but there were a few bugs in the admin pages, so I copied a fresh version of 2.6 onto my server (not overwriting WP-CONTENT) and it’s redirecting again!!
Please help!!!

I’m not very handy when it comes to db stuff. Can anyone offer any suggestions? I would rather not lose all my old blog info.
Thank you,
Karalee
I read these instructions:
https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Moving_WordPress
I have copied the wordpress files to the new space and the database has been restored.
However the problem is the URL was not changed to the new one before the wordpress files where copied off the old webspace.
I should also mention that the old domain is now no longer available due to expiring.
What would be the best course of action from here to restore my blog? I have a copy of the original database and wordpress files.
Many thanks
