Hi Team,

We’re experiencing problems when we try to use our webshop with your plugin via Firefox.
Unfortunately, when the “Enhanced Tracking and prevention” feature is allowed on Firefox, your product is completely unusable on the webhop, of course customers can turn it off, but this is a built in feature in firefox and we cannot expect our customers to be savvy in order to make it work.
I saw on the devconsole if the protection has turned on some kind of javascript is not loaded and this prevents to load the functionality on our site when this Firefox feature has been used.

What do you think?

I’ve installed Yoast’s breadcrumb trail. It works fine on Google Chrome, but not on Mozilla or Opera browsers.

How can I do this?

Lookup field not working in Mozilla and Safari Browsers

Good day,

Having tried everything possible, the lookup option isn’t working on Mozilla Firefox and Safari Browser, but it works fine on Chrome and other browsers running on the Chrome framework.

Please, what do you recommend that I do to fix this?

Congratulations on your Chaplin theme. It looks great!

I have created a website using your theme?and have across a challenge. The theme works great in desktop in different browsers. However, it does not work well on the mobile version. I have tested it in Mozilla and Chrome. Essentially, I can’t see the dropdown menu or any Gutemberg blocks on the homepage, just the cover picture at the very top and a text widget at the very bottom. The content in between does not show at all.

Could you please help me to pinpoint the issue???

Doesnt show randomly sometimes

First I costumised the banner and tried it several times it came on well. Now it does not come on mozilla firefox and is mostly absent from chrome also. The banner shows up only sometimes. What can be wrong and what should I do?

does the bar come everytime the page opens? or once per start? it shows the first few times on some devices and then it doesnt

Lot of questions because the app is behaving randomly.

Additionally can someone tell me if someone rejects the cookie permit, should they be given the option of social media log-in??? Or does the plug-in prevent storage or something.

When receiving Google Analytics Analytify reports via email, we noticed one of your images — ” ‘Mozilla ” — is broken. Also, the name should be “Mozilla” not ” ‘Mozilla ” (remove the apostrophe).

We inspected the affected image and confirmed it is broken. The image link is:

We do not have any hot-linking filters active nor anything else that blocks images so the above holds true.

Would be great if you can fix this during your next plugin revision.

Picture profile twitter accounts not showing firefox (pc & mobile)

First of all, thank you for this great plugin!
The picture profile from another accounts are not displaying on mozilla firefox for desktop and mozilla firefox for mobile device. Maybe the problem come from mozilla firefox.. because I always find problems with firefox.. but I recommend you to check this!

If it has any solution, I’ll appreciate if you let me know!

after installing and activating the plugin, I uploaded some content. When I want to download it, I get a redirection error in Mozilla. The URL looks like this:

What can I do?
