I’ve been able to do this via custom HTML (creating a field and inserting custom HTML to show multiple agents).
Originally we used “Author” when adding the listing. I’d like to add the agents dynamically if possible (not using the HTML coding).

]]>One of our clients is having an issue whereby the chat system does not ring for all available agents.
They have multiple agents in their office who are online, but it only rings for some of them.
We’ve updated to the latest version of the plugin. Could you shed some light on how the system pings an available agent? I’m not sure if their session is timing out or something, and why it only rings for some agents, and not others. Not sure what to tell the client.
