The website’s structure I’m going to develop are like this.
organization.org
branch1.organization.org
branch2.organization.org
…………………..
branch18.organization.org
It will have at least 18 subdomains
All the subdomains website(branch1.organization.org) will have similar pages or function with the main website(organization.org), eg;
Ability to post, search, archived news/current activity
Pages for History, organization members..
In the end it will be like this.
organization.org/news
branch1.organization.org/news
branch2.organization.org/newsorganization.org/members
branch1.organization.org/members
branch2.organization.org/members
All subdomains will have different user to post news or edit pages.
I’m using WAMPSERVER to develop and testing locally.
Can anyone enlighten me on this?
]]>I used a new database for the site but imported all the content for the old one. The site contains the same content as the new site for now– it’s essentially a copy of the main site.
However, the new site on /de/ returns a 404 Not Found. I am not sure why this is happening– I had the same configuration on an old web host and it worked perfectly.
What could be causing this?
]]>I cannot figure out how to remove the folder names from the link of my websites.

]]>I have recently created my first site in WordPress for my organization, https://start.org. Now I would like to create different WordPress sites for our major programs, ie, to be https://program.start.org. I have several 100 pages and posts on my current page, so I thought I would install a new version of WordPress on our server with its own database tables, ie program_post, as opposed to the other site, which uses wp_post on the same database.
As I get the new program site up and running, I would like to query its posts into our default site. Will it be possible to query the program_post database entries into the default site, if so can anyone help with the coding for this? Or should I scrap this second install and database tables just deal with an overwhelmingly large install of WordPress on the default site with multiple posts and themes?
Thank you in advance for your help. Please let me know if this doesn’t make any sense or is unclear and I can further elaborate.
