5.3.0 Breaks Multisite Networks

Hello,

I attempted to update to AIOS version 5.3.0 twice now and both times it resulted in 404 errors on my network admin and all the subdirectories in the multisite network. All I could access is the main site. I’m skipping this version of AIOS.

Hey, I am trying to set up a multisite network of two websites that have different domain names (e.g. mysite.com and blog.com). The two original sites are currently live (and using those domain names) and need to stay live until I have built brand-new sites to replace them. I understand that my options are to either build my new sites on a local server or to build them in a subfolder on the hosting server of one of the old sites. However, that will mean that the normal subdomain setup options for the network won’t be available. Is there are way around this so that my end product is still going to be a multisite network containing two sites with distinct domain names? And since my domain names are both currently in use on live sites, I assume the transfer of the domain names to the new sites will happen as a final step at launch, right?

Does this plugin support Multisite Network?

I have a website built under the WordPress Multisite Network.
I granted an Admin permission to the owner of the site, but he couldn’t add any page via this plugin at all. Not until I granted him the Super Admin permission could he edit the pages.

Is there any workaround to solve this issue?

Network and plugins missing after upgrading new WP version

Hi,
This is a recurring problems and would like to get it sorted once and for all.
I have a WP multisite which works fine. This is until I upgrade a new version of WordPress such as 5.7
When I upgrade I lose the site network option in the My Sites dropdown menu on my dashboard and there is no access to any plugins on any of my sites.
This has been happening for some time and in the past my web host has helped me out but he seems to be stuck this time.
Any help or advice would be welcome.

Hi all,

Everytime I login to my multisite dashboard and to the main site of the network dashboard the following warning appears:

Warning: Creating default object from empty value in /homepages/10/d648098520/htdocs/click****/MySite/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/admin/helper/class-wc-helper-updater.php on line 77

The warning doesn’t appear on subsites dashboards.

This is a big issue because the warning fills the backend pages making for example impossible to read the jetpack’s stats.

Any help?

In order for the gallery blocks to work on the Multisite network, the user creating the gallery must have the right to publish unfiltered_html. By default, only the Network Administrator has this right, so only a user of this type can create galleries and edit them without problems.

I added a special version of the plugin, which automatically adds the right to publish unfiltered_html for simple administrators (only administrators).

Greetings, Last month I created a network and easily added subdomains. I just tried to add a new subdomain, added it to the network, but when I visit the dashboard, all I get is the directories content… which is just the cgibin folder. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I’ve also tried installing WordPress, but that didn’t work either.

Hi,
I’m making a website that let client post from front end. I made a “system” for it and creat a dynamic layout for the post on Elementor, but I need that the client set the description of the product (post-Type) on 3 diferent language.
So I was wondering if Elementor can take information from a site of a multisite network to display on another. If it’s possible I should make a website for each language and on the page where the client post your product I put 3 diferent fields for description (one per language) and them, call the right field on the right language website.

Could you understand ?
