Am trying to setup Roles and their access to be network wide.
This way I can basically set the defaults for the whole network and then tweak extras on the sub sites settings.
But when in URE at Network level, it doesn’t show all capabilities and menu and meta box items available site wide. For example, the main site doesn’t use Woocommerce but a subsite does. When editing a role at network level I don’t have any of the Woocommerce options.
Is this right? If so, why not? If I am editing URE at network level I expect to see all network options.

I installed on a Multisite setup, but only want it to run for certain subsites. I have enabled it on 2 subsites, but have noticed that I can’t have unique settings for each. If I change settings in one, it changes on the other site.
Is this intended and if so why?
