I would like to enquire if your plugin offers the following feature:

When an admin uploads a file from the back office and assigns it to a specific user, can the file be restricted so that only the logged-in user can view it at the frontend or within their WooCommerce “My Account” page?

If this feature is available, could you please provide documentation or a demo website link so we can review the plugin and confirm it meets our requirements?

If “Reviews can only be left by Verified Owners” check box is selected, the Review form is not visible, and thats understandable.

However, a button saying” Login to Review this Product” should be made visible. Is this possible and if yes, I would appreciate your help please.

Secondly, while installing WooCommerce, “My Account” page is also created and yes since the Page title is My Account, it shows as this only to the New Visitors(who havent created an account yet).

Can this be changed to Login/Register for Returning/New Visitors and then change to “My Account” for Logged in members.

If the member is already logged in, and revisits the website, it should only show My Account, unless ofcourse he has been logged out after a certain period of inactivity.

Can this be achieved? if yes, then how can i get this done?

99% of all subscription websites in 2025 do this so I’m sure there’s a way of easily doing this but I can’t seem to find it – 3 hours down. If not, is there a plugin that does it?

Hi,

I’ve been using the Custom Order Status Manager for WooCommerce plugin for some time now and appreciate its functionality. However, I’d like to request assistance or a feature enhancement.

I need to create a new custom order status called “Outstanding Balance”. Everything works as expected in terms of setting up the status, but I’d like this status to behave similarly to the default WooCommerce status “Pending Payment”. Specifically, I want customers to be able to pay for their orders or balance due directly from the “My Account” page, just as they can with the woo “Pending Payment” status.

Currently, the “Pending Payment” status is the only one that allows customers to pay directly through the “My Account (orders) ” page or using the payment link in an email or directly at the actions section. I don’t see an option in the plugin to enable this functionality.

Could you please let me know if it’s possible to create a custom status with this payment capability? If not, could you provide guidance on how to achieve this functionality?

How would I go about generating a A HREF URL to automatically log-in a user and take him/her to the My Account web page (i.e. the page with the password change, date of birth and city selection boxes)?

This is not very important, but it would be good to know how to generate such a A HREF URL.
