Translatepress custom language not working

I have a WordPress website using Translatepress, there are two languages: English(United States) and Chinese(Hong Kong). In the menu, I can see there are 香港中文 displayed in the language switcher but I want to use 繁體中文 as the language name, I just read this document https://translatepress.com/docs/developers/change-language-name/

I entered

zh-HK in the Language code field

繁體中文 in the Native Language field

and I clicked the save button but it did not override the Native name in the language switcher. How to override the Native language name from 香港中文 to 繁體中文?

Error when Shipping Provider name is in native language

Hi there,

I use Printful as my drop shipper. Problem is that if they send the tracking info to my WoooCommerce backend the name of the shipping provider is in the native language and the tracking link will not work. If I change it manually to the correct shipping provider name (known by AST) it works fine.

This is the name of the shipping provider sent from Printful:
Latvijas Pasts. However, the name should be Latvia Post.

Is there a solution to translate/convert this automatically?

Is there a way to show the visitor’s native language (their computer’s primary language) on default? I think right now it shows up with English on default.

How to define a theme’s native language in POT template

Hi! I’ve been at this a while. The loco translate template editor tags the “source text” of my POT template as “EN” (with a green flag.) However, my theme’s native language is spanish. I’ve already defined this in the POT header as:

“Language: es_AR\n” (also tried just ‘es’)

But loco seems to ignore this or is defining the template source as english in some other way. This creates a conflict with my actual english translation file (en.po), since both the template and the translation read as EN.

Is there something that I’m missing in my configuration? WordPress default language is set as spanish.

I am a plugin developer. I added my some plugins to WP repository in English. But i also want to add plugins in my native language (Turkish). As you know, WP 2.7 will update plugins automaticaly and i want my visitors who use my Turkish plugins update my plugins automaticaly too.
Could i add my plugins in my native language.
