Required plugin on my theme continuous to disable and not work causing my website to have code displaying. It’s compatible with my theme but not supported by WordPress anymore. This needs work.

Loaded & activated plugin. Change scroll bar as promised. The scroll bar went auto hide even with this feature off. Began flicking when it did appear. Appeared behind the menu at top of page. Did not like that I could not change the height of the scroll button button. Icon for plugin misleading in my view. Can not change shape of button or texture of bar or add dash’s or arrows at the top. Presume there is a pro version with these features maybe? Doesn’t cut the mustard in my view. However it is free. I do not recommend just on my experience alone.

Automatic is a developer of a website ecommerce solution that is used by over 4 MILLION websites, including mine. It works great, although customizing the pages is a PIA. So far with my simple w.c. store, used mostly for subscriptions to my services, it has worked as expected, and clients have not had any negative comments. So far so good.

Now for the new Admin plugin. Installs easy, looks like it pulls in lots of great data, and I was looking forward to using it in the future as sales increase.

It doesn’t work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It didn’t pull in any of the previous data, freezes the scroll of the page when on the customers tab, and even with the updates, doesn’t seem to work.

I guess it would be best to let Automatic fix up the software before releasing it to functioning websites and stores. The first update since install was so long on the fixes and improvements that it looked like a full install.

Automatic, fix your sh** before releasing it to us. We have funcional websites, customers, and an income to maintain with your good product, Woo Commerce. We are not your guinea pigs or testers. Fix your f**kup and lets get back to business.

Nice Theme But Needs Polishing

I got Namaste Lite theme because I really liked the color scheme but it was missing some basic customization options. For example there’s no way to change the color of the hyperlinks. There is no differentiating color actually. I figured it would be different if I bought the premium version but to no avail. What’s worse is there is no support. Usually premium themes come with support. However, its been three weeks since I submitted my ticket and I haven’t heard a peep from them. There are also some other things I don’t like for example if you insert a button the text always wraps around it I have to add a lot of divider tags to get it to stop and again there is no support. This company really needs to get its act together if it wants to be successful in this ultra competitive arena.

I’m changing this to 1 star. It’s been 3 months and I’ve sent several messages and haven’t heard back from them for any of my support questions and I got the premium version. It’s also worse with the new wordpress update. Many of my ads don’t show up and its not a plugin either.
