I am unable to get the negotiated rates for SUREPOST to show in checkout. I have a SUREPOST account number with UPS and a different UPS account number. How do I list both account numbers on the UPS account number field? Or how do I get both my negotiated rates for UPS to Populate and also negotiated rates for SUREPOST – both to populate as options for customer to select for shipping?
Thank you in advance for your support.
]]>I downloaded the plugin to get started with ups real time rates. I have an account and I have negotiated rates. The negotiated rates do not show. It actually show incorrect information. I put two of my products in the cart shipping from my zip to my next door zip and the rates are astronomical. It does not see that the items weigh in at 13 oz It show every single incorrect rate.
It does not bode well to upgrade if your free limited version does not work.
]]>Is there any way to update the negotiated rates to match the exact rates we pay?
Many thanks
Joe

– for orders with a single item (100gramms), all is fine
– for the second item (total 200 gramms) it is calculating a much higher price, although through our negotiated rates at UPS it should be the same price until 10KG
please help us to find our mistake
