my facebook account get blocked without any reasons that i know, no emails or other things. im only blocked, but my business account is connected and now i wanna reconnected with a friends account, but it come only a fail.

Dont know how i can contact fb or reconnect with new one?!

Hello, I’m trying to grant access to the shop site for everyone, whether they are logged in, registered, or not. From what I’ve gathered, when someone without an account makes a purchase, an account is automatically created, presumably with a random password.

However, the customer does not receive an email informing them that an account has been created for them, and I, as the admin, do not receive an email either. Is this normal? Is it possible to change this behavior? I appreciate your assistance.

When I try to access my WordPress admin page, I receive the following message:

It does not specify what the critical error is, so I have no idea how to correct it.

I am unable to login to my administrator account jnelson where I built the website. My host for the WordPress website [ redundant link removed ] is iBrave. I asked iBrave for assistance and they said, “This error message is an internal WordPress error.?You must have received an email from WordPress with details on the error and how you can fix this.“

I never received any emails from WordPress on potential website issues. I attempted to login to jnelson account, but WordPress is not recognizing my password. I have tried the password reset feature for jnelson on WordPress account two or three times, but I never receive any of the password reset emails, so I feel stuck with no way to access the WordPress account to correct or even determine what the “critical error” is.

Is there a way to force a password reset be sent to a specific email address at outlook.com email address so I receive it? I haven’t created any emails with my domain name as of yet, so I am unsure where the password reset emails messages are being sent.

Will I need to re-create the website using a new WordPress account? Being stuck from accessing my original account the only thing I could think of was to create a new account under the name jnelsonconsultant just so I could access the forum to seek help and recommendations. If I recreate the website from jnelsonconsultant (the new WordPress account), will I experience problems because I am trying to build a new website on a domain name tied to an inaccessible WordPress account (jnelson) I cannot login to.

Is there a WordPress support ticket feature or recommended support email available where an employee or volunteer from WordPress can provide one-on-one assistance to help with these types of issues? I really didn’t know what options are available for help outside of this forum. I am new to WordPress and building websites in general so any help would be very much appreciated.

Consistent Login Issue with “Account does not Exist” message

Please help. I have a new account that was just made 14 hours ago and I can’t log into WordPress without changing my password each time. Every time I try to log in I am met with an error message that says one of these possibilities, my account doesn’t exist, my username isn’t recognized, or my email address isn’t attached to any account. In addition I can no longer reach my administrative page to work on my site. I have done the suggested fixes on the troubleshooting page and do not know what to do next. I have limited tech education. Thank you. I am working off the Google Chrome Browser.

How do I use a different Stripe account?

I have developed a new site using WooCommerce & WooCommerce Payments. I set it up on a staging site and created a WordPress.com account. I must have created a Stripe account during that process, although I can’t actually remember that step.
I have now migrated (cloned) the site to it’s final url and would like to use a different stripe account for the site when I hand it over to my client.
No matter what I try, whenever I access the Stripe Gateway using this link:

I get a Stripe page that then sends a code to my phone. ie. it ‘remembers’ who I am. I’ve tried everything except deleting and re-installing WooCommerce as I don’t want to loose my data.
Is there something in the database that I can delete to make it ‘forget’ me and prompt me to create a new Stripe account for my client… or is there some other step I can take to ‘start fresh’

Password error when creating a new account

Hi,

Since a few days, we have an error when creating directly a new user account from the backend, on our WordPress site (v. 5.6).
The error is :
(in french) “Erreur : les mots de passe ne correspondent pas. Veuillez saisir le même mot de passe dans les deux champs.”
(translated in english) : “Error: Passwords do not match. Please enter the same password in both fields.”

Your plugin (v. 7.24) being the last I installed, I deactivated it and tried again to create an account, … and it works again!

So, it seems that your plugin has an issue with WordPress : did you have some similar remarks form other users?
Can you help to solve this issue?

Password error when creating a new account

Hi,

The most peculiar is that I see NO second field on the form, to confirm the password!

Moreover, the “Generate a password” button doesn’t work anymore (nothing happens when you click on it).

Does anyone have a hint to help us find the problem? Did anyone have this same problem?

Create new account button not working

On the student log on page, the ‘Create new account’ button doesn’t work. When you click on it nothing happens? Everything else seems to be working fine. We have not gone live yet as we are still building the courses but everything else is in place.
I was able to create one account before this happened. Also tried from other computers.
Please help!

Hello, since 3 days I have a Woocommerce shop. I have problems with the site ?my account“.

What I want is, that when I am clicking on the site ?my account“, I can see 2 blocks. The left one should be for existing customers, where they can sign in with email and password. the right box should be for people, who want to register for the first time. so for creating a new account.

Actually I only have one box for sign in. There is no box for new registrations…

And I do nit know how I can create this.
