Can′t translate new content

Hi, after migrating my site to the definitive domain, I′m having problems translating new content. With any new text, when I click on the translate pencil, the original text is wrong and I can′t change it. This happens only with new content, being unable to translate anything new. I′m working with ocean WP and elementor pro.

when I try to create new contents (page, post, media, etc), WordPress gives me this Fatal Error:

Multiple themes during redesign

I’m working on a complete redo of my website with new content and formatting as well as a new theme I’ve purchased. The overhaul is quite expansive so I don’t want to switch the theme outright until pages are laid out and ready but am having trouble customizing and building pages somewhere they can be saved as drafts until the website is ready.
Does anyone know how to do this? Preferably with detailed steps, I’ve been told to make a subdomain but don’t know how to do that either so need help.

Hi there. I have read the related help files but need one thing clarified. I have a newsletter that goes out on the 1st of the month at 3 a.m., when there’s new content.

Can someone please clarify for me what the criteria for “new content” is? Does this mean a blog post that was posted the same day the newsletter will be going out? OR, does it mean any post that has been published since the previous newsletter went out?

Thanks in advance. I’m trying to figure out when to schedule my blog posts to ensure the newsletter WILL go out.

Send immediately when new content isn't sending

Newsletters are not being sent when there are new posts despite being configured to “send immediately when there is new content.” Test emails work fine, as does changing the newsletter to send when there are new subscribers. However, no matter what I post, the newsletter does’t get sent. And the newsletter page has a blank in the “Sent On” column. Seems that a new post is not triggering the newsletter to be sent.

Any thoughts?

Facebook feed

I installed Mailpoet and I am using “When there is new content” which is very cool. It does send out an email whenever I create a new post. I also created a post called facebook feed and whenever my FB page is updated, it creates new excerpts on my FB post. I have included the FB post page in my list of content for the newsletter but it is not recognizing that the content on that post is being updated. Is there a way to do that? I guess maybe it is going by the post page date and not checking the post content dates?

Dynamic "New Content" Label on Menu Items (posts)?

Hello WordPress Community!

We are wondering if there is a way to implement some kind of a tracking feature into our website that will display a “New Content” label/tag on the drop down menu items that a user has not clicked on. This function would also be great as a label on a post list page, to show which posts have been clicked on and which have not. Any help or a point in the right direction is greatly appreciated. My programmer is out of town for the week, so i am getting the research done so that he can work on it when he gets back.

the first menu that comes up contains category pages, and when hovered over, a list of the 10 most current posts in that category are displayed.

404 error when adding new page or post

Hi,
I recently upgraded to wp 3.5.2 and changed my theme. Now, when I add a new page or post, or even try to view old pages (except for one), I get this 404-Error message:

“Page Not Found
The page you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable. Please try the following:

If you typed the page address in the Address bar, make sure that it is spelled correctly.
Click the Back button in your browser to try another link.
Use a search engine like Google to look for information on the Internet.”

I tried the suggestion to update the .htaccess file, suggested here: but this didn’t work for me. Any other suggestions? (NB: I’m still something of a novice though, so I don’t want to mess anything up either, ie MySQL sort of scares me as I don’t want to knock anything out of commission accidentally)

Here is link to my site. You’ll see that when you click on About or Home, everything is fine. When you click on Contact, you get the 404 message. I am refraining from recreating my content from the old theme until I get this fixed.

widgets and updates content

Hello all
I have a site with lots of static pages some of which the content changes
I am looking for some way to inform the users of the site that a page has been updated ( I have seen this on some professional sites where there is a update overlay on the menu item )
I was thinking of something more simple by using a widget to say the following pages have been updated by either using the date after I am not a programmer but can do by example if anyone has any suggestions to this problem or knows of a plug in please let me know
any solutions to this would be great
