I want to add field(or div with multiple field) dynamically. for example :

when an user enters 3 (No of rooms Required), thus fieldname1 = 3. which creates 3 new fieldnames to hold value of “type of room”.

First of all, thanks for such an awesome plugin.
I know this question is not new for you. Many of us are looking for a way to add an extra field to the YMM Search. My question is: Could you please provide the exact name and location of the files that need to be modified, in order to implement an extra field to the Search?
I’m using the make_model_engine_year modification and I would like to add a new field called “Type”, just between Make and Model, like: [make_type_model_engine_year]

I’m not a programmer but I know the word “type” is a reserved word for many programming languages.

I already made several attempts to add the extra field by searching the word “make” in all the files and trying to add “vtype” (vehicle type) to the different files with no success.

Hey guys, I need some help.

I would like a code similar to the one proposed here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/how-to-add-coupon-codes-to-the-invoice-pdf/#post-13363663 by @armariussoftware , But I need the field to show how many orders the customer has made, excluding the cancelled ones.

Example, if the customer has previously made 5 orders, 2 which were cancelled, and then they made a new order today, if I print the invoice of this new order it will show that it is the 4th order made by them ( 5 total – 2 cancelled = 3 orders +1 new = 4th order )

I don’t know how to write this code. Could someone help me please? Thanks!

When I create a new field (purchase ticket), I select text type and when trying to make the ticket, it is not processed because it says “no purchase was found with that code”, but there is no database indexed to that code , but it is a data, nothing else. How to correct this error?

Hello,

I really like your plugin but currently I need to add one field – checkbox type. When I do this, the text of the checkbox is above the checkbox instead of next to it (similar to TOS). It seems the problem is that the text field is “label” which is before the input. This works with text fields, but in case of checkbox I need to have the text next to the checkbox (I need the same look as TOS checkbox).

Is there a way how to change it?

Reindex Taxonomy with new Field

I added a new field to one of my pods taxonomy. I am using it in GridBuilder to order my posts (page_order). It works how I want it to work but I notice that items don’t show up unless they are opened and updated. I tried updating with Quick edit but that doesn’t work. Is there a way to reindex all of these so they are all updated and show up in my grid?

Basically I need to Edit (open the post) and Update (click update) for each item to have them appear. I think it is saving that the field is empty or has a number into the database. I don’t want to have to open and update for everything because there are hundreds of them in the system.

In the tab Post – Post fields of the widget you can choose the fields that will be updated in the Post (title, content, featured image, excerpt, category). In my opinion, there is an important element that should be added in a next update is the date of publication.
Many of us, I think, write in anticipation of the publication.
What do you think about it?

How do I add a new field for my books?

I want to add the fields “Age” and “Genre” to my books, and I also want to be able to search by these 2 fields (on the front-end). I guess I could put my genre into the “Category” field, but I still need be able to search by it on the front-end.
Currently, I added the age and genre to the keywords list and created links that, when clicked, searches the catalog by keyword (you can find this at https://lmcbeta.azurewebsites.net/libtest). However, this is a quick fix and I don’t want to do this forever.

Hi,

I have just started using Dokan (free) for my website and am loving it so far. I want to add one new field to the Vendor and Admin product Add/Edit pages and have searched the forums but nothing that has worked so far. Any help is much appreciated. Requirements are:

– Add new dropdown field on the vendors front end Product Add & edit pages
– Add new dropdown field on the WP Admin back end Product Add & edit pages
– This new field should be Mandatory for ALL products
