It seems as though the new google places api is not compatible with this plugin. The error is “This API project is not authorized to use this API.” I have billing enabled, no restrictions on the API, etc. It says this no matter how I try to set up the plugin. My last updated reviews are from 8 months ago, and we would like to get those up to date.

It’s absolutely terrible what has happened to the good plugins in the last few months. First the thing with WP Engine, then the complete destruction of WPBakery Pagebuilder and now BackWPup too.
I always ask myself, how can you make such a well-known plugin so terribly new? The design is terrible and lacks numerous adjustment options. How can you bring something like that online?
My guess is that the plugin is coming to an end and the PRO version will be sold from now on. It’s a shame, I think and hope that a new backup plugin will come.

]]>All mails are send to the “new registered user” but the administrators does not get a notification anymore a new user has registered.
As far as we know nothing is changed and 2 weeks ago everything worked fine.
If we send a test message to the defined email address using the “SEND A TEST EMAIL” the test is recieved.
What is going wrong ?
]]>We have used a code you gave on another question to name the subject of the chat as the title of the page/post (‘$subject = get_the_title();’).
When a user hits the message button on a page/post, we would like for the conversation to continue on a previous conversation only if the subject has the same name (aka comes from the same page/post) and to start a new conversation if there is no previous conversation with the same subject name (aka never started a conversation from that same page/post).
How can we implement this?
