Hi,
I am thinking of purchasing Advanced Ads for my BuddyPress website. I’m looking to achieve adding ads to the activity stream after x amount of posts. Is this doable with the Advanced Ads plugin and if so, which plan would I have to purchase? Is this feature included in the Pro subscription or would I have to purchase the All Access? Thank you

Automatic product posts

Dear community,

everytime we import new products they are automatically posted as product previews in our followers’ Facebook newsfeed.

This inlcudes drafts, with unfished descriptions or without product pictures.

Another pain point is the “re-posting”. When we update some minor details on our products, it gets another post in the newsfeed, with the remark “XY added a new product”, yet we simply updated an old, exisiting one.

Our customers are quite irritated about it and already complained to us.

Last issue: Is there anyway to control the automatic posts? I do not get a notification about likes, shares, comments etc from it and I also can not delete the posts.

Broadcast posts not displaying in child newsfeeds

In the past broadcasting from our main domain to our 64 subdomains has worked great.

Several months ago we ran into a glitch (~November 2019). The posts are showing up in the subdomain post’s library, but not displaying in the Recent News web part. I am seeing the test posts on the */news page, just not the pages using the Recent News element.

If we open the post on each subdomain and update/save, the post then shows in the news feed.

I’ve tried the following with no luck…
– changing the Recent Post post categories that the news feed pulls from blank (all) to grabbing a specific category, to grabbing all categories.
– changing the broadcast settings like roles, Clear POST on or off, keep attachments on/off, etc
– turning off other plugins, like Yoast.

We are using Broadcast Version 46.01, Athena theme (6.1.2), and WordPress Version 5.3.2.

Any suggestions on other things I can try?

I am using the Sela theme for my website einfachleben.blog and in the desktop version it is working pretty well. On the Home page it shows only excerpts of my published articles. However, in the mobile version it displays the full articles. How can I change this?

So i have a news page and right now I have to edit it and add links to articles that I want my users to read. I’ve heard of newsfeed and I think it’s more efficient. Basically I want to display all articles on the web that contain keywords that have to do with my business.

I don’t want to go into this news page and make changes to it everyday. Is there a good newsfeed plugin that I can use?

Newsfeed on all pages – Sites hacked?

Hello,

I am using the Sueva-Theme for my WordPress. I lately have the problem that there is a newsfeed embedded into my site. Between the Menubuttons and the content there is a strange newsfeed which I cannot delete.
The links do not work but bring me to non existent links like:
– https://www.weberfrau.de/generally-dodgers-cant-start-particular-flame__trashed/
– https://www.weberfrau.de/seattle-mariners-deals-definitely-nate-karns-absent-item__trashed/
– https://www.weberfrau.de/philadelphia-phillies-2012-age-mlb-5-activity-62__trashed/
Again, there is no virus attached because no other site is opening.

I was trying to delete those links from the pages / posts which was possible but they still appear on the Website.
I also checked the WordPress-Editor but I cannot find the links there as well.

Someone with similar problems or knowledge how to fix?

Hello everybody,

I am a intern for a lawyer in the Netherlands and been assigned to maintain the office’s website. On this website we have a homepage( duh) and a couple of other pages. One of these pages is our newsfeed. The problem now is that the content of the newsfeedpage somehow over rules the original content of the homepage.

Case: when visiting the home URL, the content of the newsfeed page is shown.

Mea culpa if I have violated any forum etiquettes!
