Installed the plugin, checked the Display images in Next-Gen format on the site and the theme checkbox, i use gutenberg as editor but images are still in jpg format in front (added from the image bloc or cover bloc)
Few questions :
– image added as cover in gutenberg will not be converted ?
– image in acf field will not be converted ?
WordPress version : 6.7.1 / Timber twig custom theme
Thank you.
I have no idea what happened but this is really annoying.
I wonder if this is related to the issue I reported a while ago.
]]>When checking code: file is not served with webp
When launching creation of next gen file via settings wheel keeps on spinning but nothting happens.
]]>I have an issue occuring on my website and was wondering if anyone can help me with this.
So the issue is that the next gen galleries are showing in 1 long column instead of 5 like how it used to be (didn’t change anything)
Has anyone had this problem before?

Please let me know if you would require other css in order to assist me a bit i am out of ideas and been searching for a long time already, thanks!
]]>My website is deezercorner.com.
How can I solve this problem? I need help.
]]>I have the issue that after uploading images with the Imagely plugin, these files are actually shown in the overview of the individual galleries (I mean the overview in my WordPress Dashboard, NOT the gallery overview of the website itself), but the individual files don′t show up in the media library.
I have found posts with similar problems, but those always concern problems when the media is uploaded directly from the media library tab. But I uploaded my images with the Lightroom Imagely-Plugin
The problem that I have with this is that I cannot choose a range of images for a background slideshow on my homepage, since these are apparently drawn directly from the media library.
When looking at the “Customize Theme” tab for the global background, the window showing selectable images display a series of blank thumbnails followed by the usual pre-installed images. As I said — the images are there when I look at them in the NextGen Gallery overview.
I have a screenshot of this but I do not know how to include it with this post.
thank you for any advice and have a good day,
Heiko Knoll
]]>In any case, here is what the tech said:
“I disabled all plugins except NextGen Gallery on your website, then switched to the default Twenty Nineteen theme, and even created a blank page and set that as the homepage (so no content shows up on frontend). I still see error message from NextGen, please see attached screenshot. The error is not coming from the theme or any of your other plugins. Can you please contact the plugin’s support and seek their advise about this error?”
Apparently, I cannot attach the screenshot he sent in this in a topic, so I must type it’s content here as best I can:
“Uncaught TypeError: Object.setProtoTypeOf called on null or undefined
at Function.setProtoTypeOf (<anonymous>)
at common.js?ver=3.2.4:150
at common.js?ver=3.2.4:241”
Please advise how this error can affect the product slider on my homepage and what can be done on your end to fix this error so it does not cause problems again. Thank you.
]]>Why does my Image Browser only display 6 of the 13 inserted pics in my gallery? And in the gallery below I can just click back the images?
Best regards
