I use the gallery option setting and under album setting it has a setting for album thumbnails, but it doesn’t affect my albums. Either there is no effective setting for this or I can’t figure it out.
If you know there is a customization for this, will you share here please.

Same gallery is 9 times on the page !
Here each gallery appears three times: https://www.kerholsskoli.is/skolinn/myndir-ur-skolastarfinu/nggallery/2012-2013/

]]>-Page
-2010 (album)
-January (sub-album)
-Gallery 1
-Gallery 2
-Gallery 3
But instead of “-Page” listing a single photo representing “2010”, it says instead:
-Page
-January 2010
-February 2010
-March 2010
It seems to be listing the contents of “2010”, rather than a single photo linking to the specific months within 2010.
The only content on the page is (album id=1 in this case):
[album id=1 template=compact]
I’m probably just a moron, but a little help would be appreciated, thanks!
]]>I’m using NextGen Gallery 1.8.3. Now i click on Album and open it a new Subpage with thumbnails, but what i really need is to click on the Album to open it in Lightbox effect.
In the gallery NextGen Settings, we have some option to check [] “The album will not link to a gallery subpage. The gallery is shown on the same page.” (But this don’t working and just refresh the page)
I found some topics here but something like 2 years ago, and i can’t do this to work.
Someone have a recent solution for this?

]]>I have created an album into which i have added about six galleries, all with different names. On my main ‘portfolio page’ of my weblog, i have shown the album with [album=1,extended]. This shows all my galleries with a preview image and description. When the preview image is clicked on, the gallery page opens showing all that gallery’s thumbnails.
My pages are spaced with divs and the top navigation links under the main title of the page that look like this ‘Home> Portfolio>’ are simple text links. When each gallery page opens, I want these to say ‘Home> Portfolio> Wall Art>’ and ‘Home> Portfolio> Logos and Branding>’ etc etc. Also, maybe edit the main page name to ‘Portfolio – Wall Art’ etc. At the moment, it says for each different gallery ‘Home> Portfolio>’.
Here’s the link

NextGEN simply opens the gallery pages with no regard to changing title or, like my case, navigation link structures. Am I missing something? Do I have to create seperate pages for each gallery?
thanks, as always
