NextGEN Gallery problem

I have been using this gallery for a quite some time
After last update it no longer work
when page with gallery come-up I am getting massage [Not a valid template] short code do not work.
I place gallery window using icon on the control panel as instructed in the direction on the manual, still same issue
I have tons of images to be posted and I cannot figured out what is wrong…
I appreciate any assistance

Hello Everyone.
I am using NextGEN Gallery Version 2.0.40. And It is working properly in Mozilla and in Chrome but it is not workin correctly in IE 7, 8, 9, 10 version.
It is breaking after clicking [Show slideshow] within the album and showing message:

Slideshows require the Flash Player and a browser with Javascript support.

so please suggest me what i will have to do.

Changing Site URL broke my Next GEN Gallery

Hi,

I developed my site in a subfolder and changed the site url and moved the index.php and htcaccess files to the root folder, which is standard procedure as the client doesn’t want their url to be “humphreyconstruction.net/wp”. I’ve done this literally dozens of times with no issue but for some reason this time all of my galleries that I built in NextGEN gallery have quit working. I reverted it back to the subfolder and they worked fine but when I change the site url and move the index and htcaccess files it no longer works. I have checked all other plugins, updates, etc and that’s not it. It breaks when I change the site url.

How do I fix this? Is there a way to fix it? I really need to get this up and running for my client as the site was supposed to go live today.

My galleries are one line of vertical images after upgrade

After upgrading to 3.5 (I am now 3.5.1) none of my galleries work anymore.

I have about 540 photos… they were 60 per page in a neat grid with Page 1/Page 2/Page 3… now nothing.

All my settings are correct. I’ve turned off all plugins to ensure that they were not the problem. Any ideas?

[Plugin: NextGen Gallery Widget] Displaying Double Images

I have NextGen gallery installed on a site that I’m working on and I’m using the NextGen Gallery Widget for my homepage sidebar.

The problem that I’m having is that when you click on one of the images in the sidebar gallery, it pops up a lightbox that you can navigate through (which I like). But when you close that lightbox, there is a still image left on the page that you have to scroll down to and close as well.

It’s like NextGen is launching two things at once, but I don’t know how to turn either one on or off. There don’t appear to be any options for the NextGen widget other than changing the thumbnail size.

NextGEN Gallery issues with posts

Hi, I am running NextGEN gallery 1.7.4 and am trying to embed a simple image gallery into a post on my WordPress blog. I’m using the code provided: [nggallery id=2]. Every time I place this into the post I want it to appear and update the posting, the gallery never displays. But, when I place the same code into a page on my blog, the gallery does appear. Does this not work with posts – only pages? Thanks in advance for your help!

Setting up more than one album per page error
Setting up more than 1 album-tags per page (different album ID’s) supplies right gallery overview (thumbs), but after choosing one of the galleries by click :

The gallerie’s photos are there but the whole photo-section is displayed twice!

example:
Album ID1 – Gallery ID1+2
Album ID2 – Gallery ID3+4

Result:
thumbs of galleries 1234 are displayed
choosing gallery 1 will open photos of gallery 1 but the photo-section is diplayed twice

Does somebody have an idea ?!

Nextgen gallery problem

I try to load up galleries, but there is no thumbnails, only the titles of the images. When I load up a single image it works in thumbnail, but not if I click on it, nothing happens. What do I do wrong? This is the blog:

[ nextgen-gallery ] Creating Tables Problem

Please i have a serious problem with my nextgen-gallery:
When i activate the plugin a “window” or somethin’ appears in my admin panel (in every section of my Admin CP) and says: “NextGEN Gallery : Tables could not created, please check your database settings..” & of course no gallery could be created
Argh i don’t know what is the problem coz it doesn’t say! Help pls.. i have full access in my cPanel X (hosted in 3rd-party company).. :/
-Everything else seems to work absolutely fine in my blog!!
