Hello,

I first approached you guys, was then asked to contact JustHost who hold my site and after contacting them I was told to approach NextGen. They said it was a WordPress issue, so I am back here trying to get this issue resolved.

It would be helpful if I could include a screengrab of the missing dialogue boxthat the website designed sent me to allow me to update as and when required.

Hi there,

I contacted WordPress, who said that I should contact JustHost, and now they have sent me here, as it regards the NextGen plugin, so I am hoping you can resolve this issue for me.

The web designer who first set my site up provided me with a number of screengrabs of each step I would need to follow to update the images to the site.

For some reason the dialogue box that allows me to specify the before and after function (as in the link) seems to have vanished.

Could someone please tell me where I can find this feature so I can update my site?

NextGen plugin not working from 2nd pagination page

I have installed nextgen plugin with wordpress 5.1.1. I have fixed images_per_page = 24. From 2nd pagination page (means 25th image onwards) , nextgen plugin is not working. The image is opening in browser with full path, while it should open in popup window with arrow controlled ui.

NextGEN plugin & PHP bug

Hello! We have a NextGEN gallery on our home page that was knocked down by the PHP bug. Our host has upgraded us to PHP 7.2, but the gallery is still not working. I tried rolling back the NextGEN plugin to 2.2.14 but still no luck. Is the NextGEN plugin supposed to work with PHP 7.2? or do we need to go back to 5.x?

NextGen Can’t upload images after migrating site

I can’t upload images in NextGen Gallery after migrating website to a new server.

I get a warning symbol even though it says 100% uploaded, it hasn’t uploaded.

I’ve deactivated and reactivated, uninstalled and reinstalled, tried the reset tool plugin and the reset that comes with NextGen, checked out server settings, they all look fine.

Any hints?

All is fine except I cannot see how to turn off the digital download option.
I only want to sell prints.

Hello, i want to increase the distance b/w image gallery frame and back/next button in nextgen gallery plugin so i can place adsense ad between those.

multiple images as thumbnails for gallery – broken after update

I’m trying to do an update in the staging site, but it is breaking the “Before and after” thumbnails next to the description. The site and all the galleries currently look like this (and there are many galleries with this format):

When I run the update, the site becomes this:

Notice how before the update the page I linked to has 2 sets of before and after photos for each “gallery”.

After the update, it becomes ONE picture per gallery and some of the galleries don’t even have any pictures next to the description.

Is there any way to keep the images/thumbnails the same and still get the update?

Remove NextGEN Gallery

I have had some problems to upload images to NextGEN galleries. I have therefore decided to no longer use NextGEN. I have removed the plugin and it is no longer in my list of plugins. But when I check which plugin that use runtime NextGEN still turns up. Are there catalouges I need to remove manually? Or files I need to manually update?
