I have done all the preliminary troubleshooting: Disabling all plugins except those 2, Reinstalling WP 6.5.3, Deleting and reinstalling Woocommerce. Deleting and reinstalling NMI Plugin. Checked error logs, nothing pertaining to this, and no reference errors in developers console.
NMI is configured properly, NOT in Test Mode (Though the issue happens regardless)
If I select any of the default payment methods (ie. COD, Bank Transfer, etc…) Those come through properly.
I have this exact version of WordPress, Woocommerce and NMI plugin running on a hosting account with HostGator and everything works perfectly. Reference URL: https://financialsolutionsgroupllc.biz/shop/ then proceed to checkout. and you will see I have the NMI plugin working (called Process with Cliq).
Also, the date picker is EXTREMELY cumbersome. Is there another way to pick the expiration date?

]]>We installed this plugin, and although it seemed to go fine, all users are unable to enter credit cards.
This happens in both Firefox and Chrome, and javascript is *not* disabled for either one.
The error message for all users reads:
JavaScript has been disabled in this browser. Please enable it or update your browser to place this order
and the update link just goes to Google Chrome.
Someone else had this issue once, but no information was provided –

Any help would be appreciated, or the alternative would be to go back to Authorize.net…
]]>Sometimes we receive emails advising that there has been an order failure, then we look in the WooCommerce Orders and see a failure note was recorded, but around two minutes later it is posted as a success (on its own, without any admin intervention).
In these situations, according to both Merchant One and NMI, there was only one charge attempt and it was successful. There was never any failure on their end. On the NMI side I have left all point of failure boxes unchecked.
Merchant One tells me it is the XL NMI Gateway for WooCommerce plugin at fault. Can anyone help me understand why this is happening and how to make it stop? My client is spending a lot of extra time sorting through these orders and is getting very annoyed. Thanks in advance!!

I’ve contacted your design team by phone and by the form on your website and I’m leaving this message here too.
After setting up the pro version of the NMI for WooCommerce plugin and running a few transactions, I’m getting failures for:
– business name (should be optional)
– Visa not accepted
– email address not included for shipping address
There is no way to remove the business name field and no way to add an email address for shipping address in WooCommerce, which is pointless, because the email address is only for the billing.
It’s critical I hear from someone soon, as we are losing sales because of these issues in migration to your plugin. We’re using Fortress Payments as our processor.
There is NO clear instruction on how to connect Fortress Payments with your plugin. The only way I can see to do that is to use the free version and add the API key for Fortress, but I’m not sure if both plugins need to be active. The documentation on this plugin is abysmal.
Also, in your installation instructions, there is no “Chekout” tab in WooCommerce at this time, so you can’t configure the 3 step API.
