The API key and google place ID seem to link to an account that has received no reviews. I have 3 reviews on my GMB page (https://business.google.com/reviews/l/14411147461617161247?hl=en) but these don’t show on the settings ‘setup’ page. I have not tried to use shortcodes yet, as assumed that if not showing on the settings page it must not be linked yet.
Could you please confirm if I may have done something wrong in the setup?

Thank you for your plugin, it seems that you are guys doing great WP work here!

I am looking for Directory solution which fits my needs best. It seems that yours might be the best one here on market. However, I have two questions regarding your product:

1. Is there any easy way to import Listings (including custom fields and coordinates)?
2. I want to run Listing site of items that are not placed on Google Maps and don’t have actual address (only the GPS coordinates). Do you think I’m going to have problems with setting it up with your plugin?
3. Is it possible to have Location permalinks set like below (hierarchical):
mysite.com/country/state/city/district
4. Is it possible to have Map View of location taxonomy page?

Paypal not asking for address

When a user selects paypal express checkout at no time during the process are they asked for their address. The order completes ok but the address is not passed back to woocommerce.

I think the issue might be linked to a change of domain. I had the site setup on a test domain and all was working fine. When we went live the address problem started.

I used a db update tool to update the addresses.

I tried turning the plugin off any on.

Any suggestions would be welcome.

Without shipping address, plugin shows shipping rate

I’ve 3 kind of shipping, so I’ve created 3 shipping methods: national, fast shipping, and international.

In order to exclude Spain inside international shipping, I’ve set 2 country groups: C1 contains EU countries, and C2 the rest (excluding Spain in both groups).

The problem is when a buyer still haven’t set it’s shipping address, shopping cart shows C2 international shipping rate, but the plugin should advice user to use calculator before showing anything.

no link in the Password Reset email

I have not accessed my WordPress site in a very long time but now want to get back on top of it. I tried logging in and was told that the password was wrong so I requested a password link and upon finding a confirmation email (in my Spam box) found the following text:

[Someone requested that the password be reset for the following account: https://www.xxxxxx.com/ Username: xxxxx If this was a mistake, just ignore this email and nothing will happen. To reset your password, visit the following address:]

Unfortunately, there was no address. Can someone please tell me what to do now??! Thanks in advance.

Donor Information not being received

Seamless Donation is great but we are having one problem: No donor info but name, amount and email address are being recorded. Paypal isn’t receiving any info either. We have no way of recording the donor’s information.
Please help! Thank you!
