Include events in main blog loop causes posts to disappear

I am attempting to include Events in the blog loop, however, when I activate this feature nothing shows up on my blog page.

1. I have tested this with multiple themes and sites.
2. Neither the blogs or events show up on the blog page.
3. I have tried creating a new blog page with no success.
4. I am using permalinks.
5. Issue is resolved as soon as I uncheck the option to include events in blog loop.

Blog Stopped working

My client’s blog stopped working today. It looked like everything was set up correctly. I had the blog on the menu, in settings>reading the site is set up for static pages with the front page being Home and Blog being Blog. The blog is set up to use index.php and it appears the template is working, but not seeing any blog posts.

Any ideas on how to make it see the posts?

Good Minimal theme, won't display bog posts

I’m using the Good Minimal theme and I have created a new menu bar (which first of all has created 2 home pages -which I can’t fix) and secondly my blog posts are not showing up on my blog page, which I have designated in settings – reading – posts page set to “blog”

I have followed the instructions in the template documentation and no luck

Blog Posts Not Showing Up on Blog Page

I can’t get the posts to show up on the Blog Page. If I click on the link from the post editor, the blog post shows up, or if I click on the category, the posts show up, but if I click the blog page, nothing is there. No blog posts. I have my permalink structure set to

/%year%/%postname%/

I am not really an expert developer.

No Blog Posts Showing

I had a bunch of blog posts, then deleted them so I know the theme and plugins aren’t the problem. I made a few changes to the site’s appearance. I created 2 new posts and published them tonight but when I go to my website, there are no posts on the “Blog” page or on the homepage under “Latest from the blog”

I’m stumped, I’ve searched pages and pages on this forum but nothing has helped.

I have set the blog page to the correct template (tpl-blog.php),
I have set the Reading settings to:

Front page displays

A static page (select below)

Front page: Home
Posts page: -Select-

Blog pages show at most 5 posts
(when i change the “Post Page:” from “-Select-” to “Blog” then when I go to the blog page when viewing my site, it has the home page background with one blog post in the content area, so I left it as -Select- which worked fine before I deleted the original posts)

I switched my readings settings to say
front page: welcome
post page: blog

The blog no longer shows up on the theme. You can read any of the posts. How can I make the blog show up on the “blog” page?

Is there code to make any page you want to be the blog page? Please help

My main page has no entries- it has vanished

Hi there,

I went to my main blog site and noticed today that there are no blog entries showing up on that page. All it says is this:

Sorry, no posts matched your criteria.

I checked and all the posts are archived but a blank front page. Why did this happen? I would love someone to help me fix this. I am a novice at html stuff. Here is my site:
