This is the error I get when I run the testing function.

and gives me a failed event.

Hello,

I added a code in my custom functions.php file to disable email sending in admin if it’s new user registration.

However, in the email logs, a blank data is being listed. Also, I get this email:

You getting this message because an error detected while delivered your email.
For the domain: https://napohouston.com
The log to paste when you open a support issue:
No body specified

So I know that my code works but Postman SMTP is still sending it even if it’s blank.

How can I disable it in the plugin side? Thanks!

Hi,

The status of my sendings, in the log, says “no body specified”.

I know there are old posts on this topic. But I would like to know if there have been developments since then.

I installed Post SMTP for use with Better Notifications for WP (BNFW). I decided to install SMTP Post because Better Notifications said this: “If you send out notifications with BNFW, do not receive them, you need to install an SMTP plugin to improve email deliverability. I recommend using Post SMTP as it’s easy to set-up or Email Log to just log and view emails that are sent.

Are you aware of any conflicts between Post SMTP and other plugins?

I guess I have to deactivate each plugin one at a time? Or is there other simpler methods.

Orders from Woo Commerce not sent

I have successfully used the wizard to configure the plugin.
I can send a test mail successfully

When a customer does a registration or sends a message all works well

BUT

When an order is received through woo commence, under status I am getting “No body specified” and no mail is being received from WordPress.

Please can you try help me fix this

Postman SMTP – no body specified

My test emails are sending with no issues but when I simulate a product order the Email log tells me the following status: no body specified.

I have set this plug in up using an Gmail API key. I am receiving all other notifications apart from notifications of a new order through woocommerce.

Please can you let me know where I have gone wrong.
