I have used this lovely plugin more than once.
Now I have taken a backup from a clients live site and put it in a test folder on my own domain, to recreate the website there.
However, this time I do not receive the confirmation email after changing the admin e-mail in the test site? In the live site is a message that confirmation mail is send to the previous webmaster. Your plugin should just avoid that right, and send me the confirmation email on my new entered mail?
Will this plugin get an update soon, or any idea, why this suddenly does not seem to work anymore?
Thanks!
Annie
I’m using your plugin in conjunction with MemberPress.
I did have it working where people that signed up to the free membership received a confirmation email to verify their account.
For some reason now when people sign up they don’t receive the confirmation email? Not sure what I’m doing wrong?
Please advise.
Best regards,
Jeremy
Started with a new domain, installed WordPress 4.9.8, Woocommerce 3.4.4 and Mollie 4.0.2.
The administrator receives an email about a new order, the customers never receive an email, not by new order, order complete or even when selected the option in the backend to send email and invoice to the customer.
The old domain with WordPress 4.9.8, Woocommerce 3.4.3 and Mollie 4.0.2. all emails are sent.
So where is the problem?
Which page or file is handling the email sending?
Anybody an idea?
2. have also noticed that when I DO get a new subscriber they sometimes don’t show up in the email list for a couple of days.
3. Someone left me a comment yesterday for which I received an email notice but no comment appears.
4. My mom was unable to subscribe. She never received the confirmation email. I tried to subscribe her myself and the same thing happened. If it’s happening with her I’m wondering how many others it’s happening with.
Thanks for your help!!!!

I created a new API key
I uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin
I deactivated all other plugins
I have checked the “yes” box for Double Opt-In on both Forms and Checkboxes
I checked my MailChimp list and ONLY email is required for sign up
There is no response on my MailChimp API log
I tried adding first & last name merge tags, no change
I have made no changes to the plugin code, and altered the form settings to read:

Any thoughts?

I received an email from a long time email subscriber (I use the wordpress email subscribe widget) telling me she hadn’t received an email update since October 17, 2013. She has tried many times to resubscribe but never gets a confirmation email. When I search for her email address among my email subscribers, she is not there. She has old posts in her email from me so I told her to try unsubscribing with the link in one of the posts, and going to my blog to resubscribe again. Same thing happened, she received no confirmation email. Is there anything else I can do or she can do so that she can start receiving email updates again? I’m at a complete loss.
