We have an issue on this site where some users are getting an issue when they try to sign up saying, “Sorry but we couldn’t connect to the MailPoet server. Please refresh the webpage and try again.”
Sounds like it’s intermittent and I can’t reproduce it on my end.

Even disabled Wordfence.
I tried to install wordpress onto my server however I ran into some weird problems:
I installed wordpress with a one click installation my host is providing. I was able to set up a databank and connected my domain to the new filepath etc.
I also followed all the instructions for the wp-config.php file.
I tried to start install.php but it doesn`t work.
I cant get to my dashboard at all and it
s really confusing.
My hosts “wordpress tool-kit” does tell me that the worldpress webside should be working though but like I said before I cant even log myself in cause I can
t even get to the dashboard.
The only thing I get is this message:
“Not able to connect to webside”
Because of that I deleted worldpress again and used a simple html page zu test if maybe the server is down and its not an actual issue with wordpress but that isn
t the case either – a simple hand-made html page does work just fine.
I didn`t find a error log either.
I hope that anybody can help me with this issue.

]]>I have installed the Site Kit plugin on a few of my websites. It seems that Site Kit is not able to connect to the Google Analytics account of the specific site, although it successfully passes the authorisation stage. It keeps loading forever!
I have tested the plugin on different websites. I have this issue on 3-4 of them. Only one website was able to connect to GA, but I couldn’t work out why this was successful as I am using the same GMail account and the same Chrome browser.
Could you please advise how to resolve this issue?

]]>The alert banner telling me to re-authenticate also does not work. Just redirects me to the sharing options where I do not have any connections to my LinkedIn.

Site diagnostic tests are all successful.
