This is a great tool, but stick to the free version. Absolutely no support when you need it. Never have I felt DESPERATE to contact a company for customer service. If you give a company any dollar amount, you should be able to talk to them. This is an awful feeling and they will never get another dollar from me.

I am soooo disappointed by the service of this plug in. The customer service takes many days to reply which is tooo slow and they also reply to HALF of your questions which push you to send emails AGAIN and AGAIN without even resolving your issue. There is no proper assistance AT ALL! Plus the plug in is not compatible with any other plug in which RUINS all your designs… and even worse, they cannot restore your designs that you lost so you have to do them AGAIN AND AGAIN, this is RIDICULOUS!! Also, it is not very complete, many BASIC features are missing such as the carousel (they don’t have a carousel this is just and image next to another) and others… no proper answer from them which is even more disappointing. Better to save your money and use only the free version to not waste your time, money and energy… or go for other Big builders that have a proper assistance. I regret buying they product and working on my website with it for over 2 months, now I need to buy from their competitors and do everything from the BEGINNING!

So, I have been using this plugin for quite some time. Now, I’m am trying to either figure out which part of it to edit, or another alternative. Back in February they released updates which caused the activity section of my site to not upload images anymore. So, I went back to the old version and contacted support. Customer service briefly responded then, but didn’t really help or even try to. I contacted them several times since then and have never heard back. I have been paying for the premium version too. Other premium plugins such as Peepso and WordPress Forms Pro have World Class Excellent customer service and I highly recommend them. With Media Cloud if you look over the php files they created, you can tell they put a serious amount of time into it. But, if you need customer service for any issue, you are out of luck! Currently the plugin is causing 2 copies of every image uploaded. One copy includes the original image name and the second has additional letters and numbers in front. As a result, not only is there twice as many images taking up space, but it’s causing issues with WordPress getting images mixed up and displaying the wrong ones. So now, I’m stuck trying to find out how to edit the plugin or find an alternative to fix the issue because their customer support won’t respond to anything.

I have an account on DouBridge, but when I have questions asking for support, it has no answer as always. I even tried to reach them by Facebook. There is still no response. I can’t even upload the products. I can’t use this platform because I can’t upload anything. I’m wondering if it is a fake website or no more operation. If you sign up, you can’t find a way to delete this account.

Change the color of the theme

I have been trying to change the color of the theme from #FF0036 to #F68136. Therefore, I make the change in the theme editor and replaced #FF0036 with #F68136 but it still won’t update.
I have used this theme before and it worked but it won’t now.

Kindly help.

Its an ok plugin for beginners and people who like to play around with it for free but 100% do not recommend you to go pro and pay for it. Its 100% scam, you do not get 24/7 support as it was stated on their description, in-fact you do not get any sort of response in any way shape or form and to prove it to you guys; I have submitted 2 tickets so far one one them has been open for the past 15 days and I have not had a single response and the second support I opened over 48 hours ago and no response for that one either and I am a pro version user. shuch a shame that I had to pay for their scam.

If you are like me and unhappy with the service they provide go ahead an OPEN A DISPUTE with your bank against them,no matter how long a go you have purchased their service, your bank will get your money back and will also FINE elementor a fee, that way they will learn something.

When a visitor hovers over the main menu, a tooltip appears showing the menu item title which hides the sub-menus which have opened underneath. Is it possible to turn this action off?

Update: I posted my issue on the Forum and had a great response from members on how to fix my issue. Thanks for the help. I’m glad I kept the plugin.

I bought the S2Member Pro thinking that I would receive the additional features offered and support. Having an issue with the code integration with Stripe and my website (meaning it doesn’t work!) I have no one to ask questions. My solution is asking the forum community for help or paying a freelance person for help. This is BS. I wouldn’t have spend the money if I realized the developer is just cashing in on his design and has stopped actively supporting his customers! (And yes I have watched your videos and read your forum!)
