“Error message – No data received…server sent no data”
My site is hosted in Go Daddy and I contacted them but they said they had no issues with their server as the website is running smooth.
But whenever I try to post something or try to update the posts I get this error message. Please help me solve this issue, and all site is dwon for10 to 30 second.

I’ve tried disabling all plugins, and it still happens. Same with changing my theme to 2012. It also happens on another site. Both are hosted with GoDaddy. I have contacted their tech support, and they tell me they are looking into it, as they have had other callers with the same issue. But it wasn’t until after I talked to them that I realized the issue only happened with links.
The sites in question are www.jenpowell.com and www.mythicalpress.com.

This happens to not only the page / post I was editing. The entire blog becomes in accessible with this error, for anywhere between a few second and a few minutes. On other computers this error shows as “Not accessible / server down, possible maintenance etc”
-Internet connection is not effected. There is no connection issue.
-Deactivated and removed plugin directory.
-Tested with 2014 & 2012 Themes, instead of my child theme.
-Checked and cleared all redirects, for entire domain.
-Checked database with my host, apparently no issues.
-Created new blank htaccess file.
Totally stuck for ideas! If I need to reinstall, how can I do that while keeping my media library, attached posts / feature images, etc etc. It’s my dev site and I just about had it ready to go before it started crashing, don’t want to have to reattach a million featured images again T.T

I am getting the “No data received” error, like many it seems. I have had a WordPress site hosted by GoDaddy for the last year with no issues. This error happens when I update or create a post with links or video and hit preview or post, then I get timed out and have to relogin to the dashboard. I can edit everything in the dashboard fine. This started this morning after working fine yesterday, and no recent updates have been made. This is what I’ve tried to no avail:
-cleared browser
-tried another computer (does the same thing)
-deactivated all plugins
-changed login forceout time to never
-changed the post.php and post-new.php codes to have // before the autosave code
-wanted to change wp-config.php to “define(‘AUTOSAVE_INTERVAL’, 900)” as suggested in some forums but there was nothing to change in it, so I added this code and then couldn’t even login so I undid it
-reinstalled the latest wordpress from the dashboard
-removed extra header and footer CSS
-switched themes
-called GoDaddy support and asked them to whitelist my IP address but they said they can’t do it, I have to do it and showed me how on CPanel, but the ALL in 1 WP plugin wouldn’t let me delete the list of “all” IP addresses so we had to disable the plugin to attempt this, and even then it didn’t work – they said it was a WP issues then
-cleared Google Analytics Cache
NONE of these things worked. The only insight I got was that if I take out any links, I can preview and post. If I manually type in the text for a link (without creating it into a link) it shows a preview and post. If I make the text into a clickable link, it doesn’t work, I click preview and it says “no data received”. If I change themes and do this, it DOES make it that far (clickable link) but once I copy in the blog post with links and a youtube video then it has the same error.
Any ideas? Any help would be much appreciated!

message. We updated WordPress, and the Events plug in but the issue is back. I have tried saving my permalink settings as advised – there’s no change.

]]>I’ve tried it on a device not connected to the wi-fi and it appears fine. Any idea what is happening as it worked properly when we simply linked to the freebie WordPress blogs?

]]>Since a few days my websites www.holidayprogram.com.au and marketingbricks.com.au both on the same server says:
No data received
ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE
Unable to load the web page because the server sent no data.
I checked with the hosting provider: Crazy domains and they did a lot to check everything like and everything seems to work:
– they changed your PHP settings
– checked from our System Admins and received a confirmation that there was no known issue from your website servers.
– We have deleted the php.ini file that was added earlier and manually increase your PHP settings from your Hosting Manager.
From my end:
– cleared browser’s cache and cookies
– DNS Flush
– Removed old plugins with a method of renaming the path to plugins-old and turn them on one by one
– The theme is still unchanged
– .htaccess is clean
After all this, if I want to save a page/post it still says:
No data received
ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE
Please can someone help me. It already cost me 2 days of checking everything.
